This paper introduces the stratigraphic features of Leijia block in Liaohe Oilfield,analyzes the stablization problem of stratum in terms of the ability of drilling fluid to lose wall and the hydration of filtrate to stratum rock.In view of the poor stability of stratum,the high density High lubricity and other characteristics,using a high-performance water-based drilling fluid system with strong inhibition,strong sealing and good lubricating ability,while adjusting the fluid rheology and viscosity at low shear rate to solve the block Drilling construction prone to large sections of the well collapse,high-density drilling fluid friction large borehole,difficult to carry rock drilling difficult technical difficulties.The comparison results show that its comprehensive performance is better than other water-based drilling fluid systems commonly used in China.The application results show that the system can significantly improve the stability of the borehole wall,reduce the frequency of complex situations in the underground,increase the penetration rate,and the construction effect approaches that of the oil Base drilling fluid. |
