Trimethylsilane compounds have important application value and research prospect,are widely applied to synthetic organic chemistry,material science and medicinal chemistry on account of their unique chemical,physical,and biological properties.In recent years,there has been increased interest in the exploration of synthetic methods for the formation of trimethylsilane silane compounds by using hexamethyldisilane as silicon reagent.Compared with other silicon reagents(chlorosilane,hydrosilane),use of hexamethyldisilane as silicon reagentis of significant interest,which has the advantages of low toxicity,cheap and easy to obtain,stable properties and so on.Based on the investigation of relevant literatures,the method of synthesis of trimethylsilyl substituted compounds using hexamethyldisilane as silicon reagent under the catalysis of transition metal palladium was introduced in this thesis.This thesis is divided into the following three chapters:Chapter one:The progress in the synthesis of trimethylsilane compounds by using hexamethyldisilane as a silicon reagent is reviewed.Chapter two:Reported the study on the monosilylation reaction of N-(2-halidearyl)methyl acrylamide.Diversely functionalized indolinone-3-methyl trimethylsilanes have been synthesized in good to excellent yields by employing hexamethyldisilane as a silicon reagent,AgOAc as base and CH3CN as solvent.Moreover,this strategy could be utilized to synthesis of indolinone-3-methyl trimethyl stannanes from hexmethyldistannanes.Chapter three:We have reported the double silylation of N-(2-Halophenyl)-2-phenylacrylamides via palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction of the spirocyclic C,C-palladacycles,which generated by an intramolecular Heck reaction and followed remote C-H activation.Various functional groups were tolerated and the desired products were synthesized in good to perfect yield.The crossover experiment proved that the disilylation was cooperative process.
