With the deepening of oilfield development and the application of tertiary oil recovery technology,the moisture content of crude oil has gradually increased,and the integrated moisture content of crude oil in some oil fields is greater than 90%.Accompanied by the production of crude oil also produced a large number of polymer flooding oil production wastewater?abbreviated as Poly wastewater?.Common methods deal with poor results,This paper synthesized a new nano-magnetic material and evaluated its processing performance.The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of magnetic nano Fe3O4@SiO2microspheres and a series of hyperbranched molecules were explored.And then FSP series water treatment agents are prepared using silane coupling agents and hyperbranched molecules.The most suitable reaction conditions for the synthesis of magnetic nano Fe3O4@SiO2microspheres are:Reaction time is 1h,TEOS has a 0.5%mass fraction.If the TEOS is an excess condition,the temperature is 25°C;if the reaction condition is a fixed addition,60 to 70°C may be selected.The most suitable conditions for the synthesis of hyperbranched molecules I are:Reaction time is 18 h,Reaction temperature is 30°C,Ethylenediamine and methyl acrylate mass ratio=1:8,The amount of solvent methanol is 30%;The most suitable conditions for the synthesis of hyperbranched molecules II are:Reaction time is 24 h,Reaction temperature is 25°C,The ratio of the number I hyperbranched molecule to the ethylenediamine material is 1:15,The amount of solvent methanol is 20%.After that,the results of the degreasing and dewatering test showed that,Synthetic VI hyperbranched molecules work best,The addition rate of 80 mg/L can reach 86%,Oil content reduced from 920mg/L to 128mg/L,and the concentration of suspended solids can be reduced from 143 mg/L to 78 mg/L.Preparation of FSP family treatment agent,The most suitable reaction conditions are:Reaction time is 30 min,Reaction temperature is 25°C,pH 810,The ratio of n?hyperbranched molecule?to n?Fe3O4?added before the reaction is 0.5,which is the agent of FSP5.The FSP5 water treatment agent has the best purification effect on the sewage when the dosage of each agent is 80mg/L.The oil content in the oil field sample solution was reduced from 920 mg/L to 42.4 mg/L,the oil removal rate was 95.4%,and the content of suspended solids dropped from 143 mg/L to 52 mg/L.
