Oil well is the most important basic production unit in oilfield development.And the production measurement of oil wells is an important basic work of oilfield development.It is important for measuring the output of oil wells accurately to grasp the oilfield production nicely,guide the scientific development and implementation of oilfield development and adjustment programs,test the effect of various oilfield development measures and realize the quantitative evaluation of oilfield production and operation performance.On the basis of studying the present situation of oil well production measurement at home and abroad,this paper makes a comparative analysis of several measurement technologies about usage method,technical principle,application environment and related characteristics,such as elevated oil tank measurement,glass tube measurement,automatic liquid level measurement,tipping bucket measurement,indicator diagram measurement,etc.This paper also makes a systematic theoretical study and field application effect evaluation on the indicator diagram measurement in Dagang Oilfield and the glass tube measurement in Daqing Oilfield,and analyzes the application value and deficiency of the two methods,which can make clear the future development direction of oil well production metering technology.In this subject,the actual application of volumetric method and mass method is analyzed by taking the case of the indicator diagram measurement in Dagang Oilfield and the glass tube measurement in Daqing Oilfield.This paper focuses on the application test and study about the oil well production metering device of the new simple weighing method in Daqing Oilfield,mastering the system structure,main technical parameters,metering principle,technical characteristics,field application and installation of the new metering technology,equipment operation,maintenance and calibration.The accuracy and applicability of the dynamic measurement process in the field application are analyzed,and the actual measurement error of the metering device is analyzed.The error influencing factors are obtained and analyzed in detail such as heavy oil hanging,oil leakage,questions of dynamic measurement and calculation on the weighing sensor,field operation,etc.By means of appropriate compensation algorithm,piecewise linearization method,parameter identification idea and field experiment,the factors are analyzed in detail.Finally,BP neural network technology is used to process the data,eliminating the external interferences and correcting the nonlinear errors,which improves the accuracy of measurement.And this technology provides a new idea and method for oil well production measurement in Daqing Oilfield.
