At present,the concrete shell tank room of underground petroleum reservoir in China is faced the situation with small hole and old structure.It is unable to meet the increase demand of current reserves,hole capacity and security.Therefore,it is very urgent to carry out and improve the research work on the concrete shell structure of underground storage cavern.It is of great military,economic and social significance to ensure the safety of the construction and use of process of the cavern,improve the construction quality of the reserve hole,and ensure the safety of oil and wartime protection requirements.Firstly,based on the classification of underground surrounding rock,underground tank surrounding rock collapse cause,underground concrete shell and analysis of tunnel lining under seismic failure mechanism,this paper sum up the problems which are existing in underground oil storage tanks in the form of concrete dome shell.And summarize the existing concrete dome underground oil storage tank shell chamber exist many problems,further more put forward underground concrete dome shell forms of modified suggestions and proposed model selection combining with the different force analysis of the arch and method of disposal of the existing construction method on surrounding rock.Secondly,the numerical calculation method of contact-collision problem and its numerical realization in finite element are introduced.Based on the theory of kinematics and Hertz contact,the calculation and comparison of the calculating methods of several common falling-rock impact forces are carried out in this paper,and the calculation method of hand load which accords with the design of the existing shell is selected,that is of great significance for the next step of the design of concrete shell.The impact model is established by ABAQUS finite element software,and the shock force result is validated with the result of this method,which provided the feasibility and reliability basis for the dynamic response analysis of concrete shells under the action of loading by ABAQUS finite element analysis software.Finally through the ABAQUS finite element software,under the action of falling rock impact load and lateral collapse load under different working conditions and the constitutive model of three different vector high dome concrete shell is analyzed and calculated,and the ultimate plastic damage result of concrete dome shell under external force is analyzed and compared.Through the comparison and calculation of stress cloud picture,stress and displacement deformation curves under different working conditions,and the summary of stress change of different forms of concrete shell under different working conditions,weget the conclusion that the Semi-circular dome concrete shell which is selected in this paper under the external force of various working conditions is more reasonable than the existing curved dome shell,whether force in the local or the whole system,and provides the necessary and sufficient condition for the removal of the annular beam of the concrete shell after the retrofit.
