In recent years,porous materials are widely studied in the fields of industrial and scientific research.Most of researchers have paid attention to the development of novel porous materials due to their intriguing architectures and potential applications in gas storage,adsorption and separation,catalysis,and so on.Porous materials have become one of the most concerned research in materials science.In this paper,we focused on the research of metal-organic materials and nanoporous polymers.Under solvothermal condition,[Mn(bpdc)(H2O)2]and PDVB-VI-x(x stands for the molar ratio of divinylbenzene(DVB)over 1-vinylimidazole(VI))were obtained.The stability of[Mn(bpdc)(H2O)2]was evaluated and the research of PDVB-VI-x as adsorbent was carried out for the treatment of polluted water and the purified of protein.A manganese-based compound with 6482-b(quartz-like)topology has been solvothermal prepared by employing 4,4-dicarboxy2,2-bipyridine as ligand.The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P3121(No.152)with a=12.0348(6)A,b=12.0348(6)A,c=8.40880(11)A,a=90°,?=90°,?=120°.In the compound,two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms of the H2dcbp ligand coordinate to three Mn2+ cations to construct a three-dimensional(3D)framework.To obtain the optimization of experimental conditions,we explored the synthesis effect factor of the of the compound,such as reactant ratio,reaction time and solvent.And the stability of the compoud was studied,the result showed that the framework was well maintained at 340 ?.Organic mesoporous materials have been successfully synthesized by copolymerization of monomers of polydivinylbenzenes and 1-vinylimidazole.Nanoporous polymers exhibit attractive properities in treating organic compounds and biomaterials due to their oleophilic nature.First,nanoporous polymers show excellent adsorptive properties for dyes such as Rhodamine B(RhB),the maximum adsorption is 255 mg/g.Second,nanoporous polymers were used to study the adsorption behavior for proteins such as bovine hemoglobin(BHb),bovine serum albumin(BSA)and Cytochrome C(cyt-c)in the static process.The adsorbtion conditions including adsorbition time,PH and ion strength of sample solution were investigated drastically.The experimental results implied that nanoporous polymers demonstrate selective adsorption for neutral proteins,such as bovine hemoglobin(BHb),while no adsorption is observed for basic protein cytochrome c(cyt-c)and acidic protein bovine serum albumin(BSA)under the same experimental condition.Thus,nanoporous polymers could be used as adsorbents to immobilize/separate biomolecules.
