Countries construct a large number of sewage treatment plants to solve the problem of water pollution,the operation of the sewage treatment plants improved the water environment quality,but also bring the excess sludge and stench gas pollution problems.In view of this,the paper puts the problems of excess sludge and odorous gases together,combined and solved,and prepared sludge carbonaceous adsorbent to deodorization performance research,this research conforms to environmental protection and sustainable development concept,to achieve the purpose of using waste treat waste.Designed a technical route with sludge as a raw material,corn cob ash leaching liquid instead of chemical activator,prepare deodorization adsorbent,design philosophy accord with environmental protection and sustainable development.Determining the range of preparation conditions by the indicators of H2 S adsorption breakthrough time,iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value.Results show that when the sludge and the quality of corn cob ash ratio at 1:2,pyrolysis temperature is 600 ?,time is 75 min,carbon materials(BAC)with N2 atmosphere,carbon material has better performance of deodorization.In the premise of H2 S concentration under 30.78 mg·m-3,the breakthrough time of H2 S up to 165 min,and CH3 SH up to 77 min.Adding urea as modifier,preparation conditions were optimized by using orthogonal test method,the results show that when the pyrolysis temperature is 550 ?,pyrolysis is 60 min,adding urea ratio and sludge mass ratio 1.5:1 of carbon materials(UBAC)H2S breakthrough time up to 200 min and CH3 SH up to 100 min.Adding urea changes pore structure,the introduction of the role of nitrogen functional groups,more conducive to H2 S and CH3 SH adsorption.With two kinds of carbon materials(BAC,UBAC)as raw materials,prepare carbon cloth,respectively,the preparation process of carbon cloth is optimized and the deodorization of carbon cloth performance was tested.Results show that the carbon cloth with coater coating method better than impregnation.Carbon cloth using BAC powder the adsorption of H2 S and CH3 SH up to 155 min and 39 min respectively;UBAC powder of carbon cloth adsorption of H2 S and CH3 SH up to 180 min and 47 min respectively.XRD,SEM,FT-IR,specific surface area and pore structure analysis showed that the powder charcoal BAC and UBAC phase composition are very similar,surfaces are used-OH,functional groups,such as C-O UBAC powder charcoal is also contains N-H nitrogen functional groups.And BAC specific surface area is a bit higher than UBAC and UBAC has larger pore volume,illustrate UBAC wider pore size distribution,combined with deodorization experiment analysis shows that the pore structure and surface functional groups together influence on the performance of the sludge carbon deodorization;The structure of the sludge carbon cloth similar to charcoal powder.XPS and EDS testing results show that the sludge powder charcoal adsorption after sulfur fetor,H2 S is oxidation into elemental sulfur and sulfate,and CH3 SH only exists in the form of sulfate.
