Since entering the 21st century,the level of industrial development in our country has been getting higher and higher.As a common industrial production component,steel wire ropes are also used more and more.However,the production environment of steel wire ropes is rather harsh.The long-term use of steel wire ropes often causes failures such as broken wires or rust.Accurate and convenient detection of wire rope damage is an urgent problem to be solved in the mechanical industry,and if it is possible to accurately detect the damage of the wire rope,then not only the personal safety of the operator but also the remaining life of the wire rope can be guaranteed.Precise predictions are made so that users can prepare for rope change in advance and reduce production costs.This article first discussed several common types of damage in wire rope,and analyzed the causes of the damage.Then introduced the current domestic and foreign commonly used damage detection methods,combined with the use of cost,reliability and accuracy of detection,decided to use the electromagnetic detection method,which uses the excitation device to magnetize the wire rope to be examined,so that the wire rope becomes a magnetizer filled with magnetic energy,and then uses a magneto-sensitive sensor to capture the magnetic field that leaks from the inside due to wire rope breakage or rust.By analyzing the signal characteristics of the magnetic field,find out the inherent damage law.In this thesis,the Hall sensor is selected as the magneto-sensitive element.The corresponding signal acquisition system is developed through Labview language,and the signal is denoised.Finally,a BP neural network is established through MATLAB software,and a wire rope damage signal is established to identify the model.The results obtained through the neural network are compared with the experimental results to verify the feasibility of this paper's design ideas for the acquisition system and whether there are loopholes in the software.At the end of the article,we also reflected on and summarized the problems and ideas that emerged in the research process,pointing out the direction for the next step of research,hoping to make the detection device more intelligent and more accurate.
