As a very important artificial lifting method for oil recovery,the screw pump system has been widely studied and applied.The traditional screw pump stator bushing is made of rubber material and it is difficult to adapt to the high temperature and corrosive working conditions in the thermal recovery oil well.A new type of metal screw pump that the stator and rotor is made of metal have good adaptability under these complex working conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the lifting performance of the metal stator screw pump to improve the pump efficiency and reduce the cost of oil recovery.This paper analyzes the structure characteristics of the single screw pump of metal stator,studies the theory of the related line type and working principle of the screw pump of metal stator,summarizes the possible influence of the screw pump of the metal stator on the lifting performance by structural parameters and working parameters,According to the analysis of two gap structures of the metal stator screw pump,the formula for calculating the leakage of the metal stator screw pump clearance is derived by using the flow calculation formula of the common model of the gap flow.The flow field model of the metal stator screw pump is simulated by the computational fluid dynamics software(CFD).The dynamic grid technique is used to define the boundary movement and deformation of the flow field for simulating the flow field.The variation process of pressure field and velocity field of metal stator screw pump working in pure liquid medium and the leakage of metal stator screw pump under different pressure difference,medium viscosity,rotating speed,stator and rotor clearance are obtained by simulation,and they are verified with the derived formula.In the process of oil production,the medium is often mixed with oil and gas,and the stator screw pump of metal stator is used in the way of Gap coordination.Therefore,it is necessary to study the working performance of the screw pump of the metal stator in the gas-liquid two phase medium.In this paper,it analyzs the application of two-phase of gas-liquid calculation model,and the Euler-Euler model is used to calculate the flow field of the metal stator screw pump in the Gas-liquid mixing condition.。The research on the characteristics of metal stator screw pump in this paper provide some references for selection under different working conditions.
