The regulatable property and dual nature of ionic liquids(IL)make IL highly efficient extraction media in analytical chemistry.Magnetic solid phase extraction(MSPE)and dispersion liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME)are efficient extraction techniques based on application of highly dispersed solid adsorbent and liquid-phase solvent into sample solution, respectively. In this paper,IL with different structures showed regulatable recognition for synthetic dyes and was used as extraction media in MSPE and DLLME for extraction and separation of synthetic dyes in food. The results will have important application values and theoretical significance for the determination of trace synthetic dyes and knowledge of ILs properties. This article carried out the following work:Magnetic nanomaterial modified with poly3,3-butane-1,1-bis-l-vinylimidazoli-um dibromide Poly(BBVD)-MNP was successfully synthesized and characterized using FT-IR.HNMR.TEM.TG and VSM.Adsorption properties of Poly-(BBVD)-MNP as adsorbent were studied using cationic dyes(Rhodamine B and Methylene Blue)and anionic dyes and pigments(Methyl Orange,Allura Red,Amaranth,Brilliant Blue,Tartrazine, and Sunset Yellow)as analytes. The results indicated that the extraction efficiency of poly(BBVD)-MNP for synthetic dyes was determined by multiple interactions mainly electrostatic interaction.Poly(BBVD)-MNP can simutaneously adsorb several synthetic dyes,on the other hand,Poly(BBVD)-MNP with different anions exhibited selective recongition ability for synthetic dyes.Using amaranth as target analyte, the adsorption isotherm and kinetics behaviors of adsorbent were investigated and the maximum adsorption capacity was 90.25 mg/g.Poly(BBVD)-MNP was used as adsorbent of MSPE for extraction and enrichm ent of four anionic synthetic dyes(Tartrazine,Sunset Yellow,Allura Red,and Brilli ant Blue). The multiple interactions between synthetic dyes and Poly(BBVD)-MNP was verified according to the elution efficiencies of different elution solvents.Vario-us parameters influencing extaction efficiency were opeimized. The propsed Poly(BBVD)-MNP-MSPE-HPLC methed showed satisfactory linear range with R2 of 0.9922-0.9975,good repeatability with RSD of 0.5%-4.6%,and high sensitivity with LOD of 1-5 ?g/L(S/N=3).With this developed method,we have successfully detected Tartrazine,Sunset Yellow,Allura Red,and Brilliant Blue in beverage with satisfactory spiked recoveries of 71.4%-113.0%and RSD of 1.0%-10.9%(n=3).The effect of anion Tf2N-on the extraction performance of ionic liquids was explored and a rapid and efficient method[HMIM][Tf2N]-DLLME-HPLC for determination of chrysoidine was established. The IL with TfzN-anion exhibited high extraction efficiency for cationic synthetic dyes,so[HMIM][Tf2N]was selected as extraction solvent in DLLME for extraction and determination chrysoidine in bean products using HPLC.The methed showed satisfactory linear range with R2 of 0.9972,and high sensitivity with LOD of 0.5 ?g/L(S/N=3).With this developed method,we have successfully detected chrysoidine in soybean products with satisfactory spiked recoveries of 79.4%-105.6%and RSD of 0.7%-5.0%(n=3).
