The ball screw is widely used in the fields of CNC machine,compression molding machine,vehicle,aviation machinery,medical machinery and water conservancy facilities beacuse of its high precision,high efficiency and wear resistance.The wide application puts forward higher requirements for the personalized manufacture of ball screw pairs.Different parameters make small batch manufacturing a problem that needs to be paid attention to in the personalized manufacture of ball screw.At present,the long ball screw assembly cycle is the main factor that affects the manufacturing efficiency of the ball screw.This is mainly due to the imperfect assembly theory of the ball screw,especially the assembly method with personalized parameters,and the ball screw.The numerical calculation algorithm of the subassembly model cannot be analyzed directly,so it cannot meet the requirements for the rapid design and assembly of the ball screw.In view of the above problems,considering the individualized raceway parameters of the ball screw pair,a mechanical model of the ball of the double nut ball screw pair is established in this paper,and the calculation algorithm of the ball screw's auxiliary assembly parameter-elastic contact angle is studied.On the other hand,computer-aided assembly design software and quality evaluation software for twin-nut ball screws were designed for the development environment using matlab's GUI module design.The main research content of this article is as follows:1)Based on the review of relevant literature at home and abroad,the current measurement and evaluation methods for the assembly flow and assembly quality of double-nut washer ball screws are summarized,and the current status of the design and development of computer-aided assembly software is summarized.At the same time,according to the process flow,the auxiliary assembly software functions of the ball screw pair were planned and divided into modules.2)The mechanical model of elastic deformation of ball screw pair with non-isostatic ratio raceway contact angle is established,and the corresponding algorithm for solving the elastic contact angle is deduced;the different raceway adaptation ratio,raceway design angle and preload force conditions are deduced.The calculation formula of the friction torque and axial stiffness performance of the ball screw subassembly provides a theoretical basis for the design of the auxiliary assembly software of the ball screw pair.3)Design and development of ball screw auxiliary assembly software.According to the mathematical model of the elastic contact angle of the ball screw pair,and using the matlab GUI design module,the auxiliary assembly software of the ball screw was developed to meet the requirements of auxiliary assembly of the ball screw.4)Design and development of ball screw accessory quality evaluation software.Based on the mathematical model of ball screw's elastic deformation,frictional torque,and stiffness,a matlab GUI design module was used to develop the ball screw auxiliary assembly quality evaluation software,which can be used to assemble the nut,screw,ball,gasket and other parts of different design parameters.The quality of the assembly of the ball screw after assembly gives the corresponding parameter values.
