Residual stress,and dimensional stability and material properties have been improved in parts with vibratory treatment technology.To carry out vibratory treatment on steel casting and welding and improve materials properties,a vibratory treatment system has been developed in this paper.The mechanism of vibratory stress relief and vibratory welding is studied,and the effort on materials properties of parts casting and welding with different vibratory technologies is discussed in detail.Firstly,to meet the need of vibratory treatment graft,hardware system has been developed with industrial personal computer,data acquisition and AC motor.And vibratory control system has been designed based on AC variable-frequency speed regulation technology.Control system is built by C++&MATLAB mixed modern.And distortion control of hook plates is chose as checking tests.Secondly,the improving mechanism of residual stress casting is explained by the stress-strain and stress relaxation theory after determining source of residual stress from heat stress.The change of mechanical properties with mechanical vibratory is understood from the perspective of dislocation density.Si-Mn steel casting is selected as experimental materials to study the influence with vibratory technology.To analyze the reliability of VSR application on steel casting,there is a series of experiments including residual stress,mechanical properties and micro-hardness.Then,the mechanism model of vibratory welding is established based on the source of welding residual stress from aspects of heat stress and transformation stress.Q235B parts in various dimensions are treated with vibratory stress relief process and vibratory welding after CO2 arc welding.Welding forming,distortion and stress have been improved with the effect of vibratory,and the advantages and disadvantages of different vibratory techniques on defects welding control has been obtained.Finally,mechanical properties,micro-hardness and corrosion resistance have been studied with different vibratory techniques.Above properties of parts welding with vibratory welding are studied from the aspects of grain forming and joint welding microstructure.And dislocation density is studied in different vibratory treatment.
