Micro and nano materials have displayed excellent propertites in light,electricity and other fields due to their small size effect,quantum size effect and surface effect.These properties have high application prospects,but it is still difficult to prepare micro and nano materials with good morphology.In recent years,the surfactants assisted construction of micro and nano materials have became a hot topic.The surfactant moleculars are amphiphilic,when the concentration of solution concentration exceeds the critical micelle concentration(CMC),they can aggregate into a highly ordered groups such as micelles,microemulsions,vesicles and liquid crystals.By taking these ordered aggregates as micro-reactors,and making use of the interaction between surfactants and interface,we could guide and regulate the directional growth of particles to obtain mcro and nano materias with a variety of morphology.Among them,bile acid salt can be regarded as a kind of anionic biosurfactant,which can self-assemble into nanotube,nano fiber,spiral and other special nano structures by participating in supramolecular self-assembly.Based on the above background,this paper mainly consists of the following three parts:Chapter I,firstly,the preparation methods of micro and nanometer materials based on self-assembly were introduced.Then,the soft template and stable dispersing effect of surfactant in the preparation of micro and nanometer materials were emphasically introduced,and the research status of surfactant in the preparation of micro and nanometer materials was also introduced.Subsequently,the structural characteristics of bile salt surfactants were summarized,and the research progress on the synthesis of micro and nanomaterials was introduced.Finally,based on the above background knowledge and literature research,this paper presents the basis and research content and significance of this thesis.The structure and application of the cholic acid salt were summarized,and the preparation methods of micro and nano materials as well as their advantages and disadvantages were summarized.Chapter ?,a facile and effective self-assembled template synthesis strategy for the controlled synthesis of three dimensional(3D)fower-like Cu3(PO4)2·3H2O microstructures were provided using copper(II)ions as the inorganic component and various biosurfactants as the organic component.Different growth stages and concentration of biosurfactants on the effect of the morphologies of hybrid nanofowers were intensively identified and studied.The synthesized biosurfactant-Cu3(PO4)2·3H2O hybrid nanoflowers exhibited high stability and catalytic activity for degradation of cationic dyes.Moreover,the catalyst for MB can be recycled and reused at least six cycles with only a slight dropping of catalytic efficiency,suggesting their promising applications in the treatment of waste water.Chapter III,optically functional,highly organized fluorescent NaDC/AO microfibers has been synthesised based on ionic self-assembly strategy.The morphologies can be changed by controlling the ratio of NaDC to AO and temperature.It can be concluded that the interactions between NaDC and AO were strongly influenced by direct electrostatic forces between the-COO groups in NaDC and-N+ in AO,?-? stacking interactions and the hydrogen bond also contribute to driving forces for the formation of the supramolecular aggregates.It is interesting to find that when NaDC was introduced,the precipitates formed possess highly enhanced solid emission in their crystalline state,comparing with solid-state AO powder whose fluorescence is quenched due to ACQ.The wavelength and intensity of this solid-state aggregates fluorescence can be further controlled by the ratio of NaDC to AO.Thus,it can be concluded that the construction of surfactant/dye composite via an ISA strategy does not only combines the template of the surfactant with the luminescent behaviour of the organic dye,but also changes the fluorescence properties of dyes,which indicated the potential of application in optical waveguide and other applications as solid luminescent materials.
