In this paper,the performance of the rotary lamella settler has been tested for three months by using the two sedimentation tank water of the sewage plant and the coagulating effluent from the water works.The two experimental influents were all10 m~3/d,and the average SS(suspended solids)of influent was 2500 mg/L.The average turbidity of water in the water treatment plants was 350 NTU.The effluent precipitation effects of different inclined plate inclination and inclined plate spacing were studied.The three-dimensional model of the rotary lamella settler was established and the mesh was divided.The results are as follows:(1)The sedimentation effect of the two sedimentation tank of sewage treatment plant varies with the inclined plate spacing:The cumulative percentage of effluent SS concentration of 10 mg/L is 16.7%when the inclined plate inclination is 20 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 1 cm.The cumulative percentage of effluent SS concentration of 10 mg/L is 83.3%when the inclined plate inclination is 30 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 5 cm.The cumulative percentage of effluent SS concentration of 10 mg/L is 16.7%when the inclined plate inclination is 45 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 5 cm.The cumulative percentage of effluent SS concentration of 10 mg/L is 8.3%when the inclined plate inclination is 60 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 10 cm.The effect of water precipitation is good when the inclined plate inclination is 30 degrees.(2)The precipitation effect of the coagulating effluent from the water works appears to be more consistent with changes in the inclined plate spacing.That is,at every inclination angle,when the distance between the inclined plates is 10 cm,the effluent precipitation effect becomes better.The cumulative percentage of turbidity of water of 1 NTU is 16.7%when the inclined plate inclination is 20 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 5 cm.The cumulative percentage of turbidity of water of 1NTU is 75%when the inclined plate inclination is 30 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 3 cm.The cumulative percentage of turbidity of water of 1 NTU is 25%when the inclined plate inclination is 45 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 3cm.The cumulative percentage of turbidity of water of 1 NTU is 41.7%when the inclined plate inclination is 60 degrees and the inclined plate spacing is 3 cm.The effect of water precipitation is good when the inclined plate inclination is 30 degrees.(3)The rotary lamella settler uses unstructured grid in the inclined plate area and the remaining area uses unstructured grid.The mesh quality Jacobian ratio is more than0.6,which can be accepted by most sh generation olvers.
