People find the phenomenon in the process of oil exploration,that the hydrocarbon reservoir drilling in the whole producing process leads to different levels of damage,it not only effects the production ability of hydrocarbon reservoir even leads to the result that the oil Reservoir can't be found,which causes huge cost losses to the oil exploration of oil field.A large number of experiments at home and abroad were done to solve this problem,the result found that there are two main reasons for damage of the hydrocarbon reservoir,the first is that the rock channels are clogged with solid matter and the second is the change of the properties of the rock and the liquid in the reservoir.There are many reasons for the damage of the reservoir,such as the properties of the rock and the liquid in the reservoir and oil drilling?cementing and mining in the design and implementation of engineering procedures.In order to reduce the damage to the reservoir during the development of petroleum,we should study the causes of the reservoir damage and the types of reservoir damage,therefore,we need to establish a system to assess the types and causes of damage to the reservoir in order to analyze the type of damage and the extent of damage.The high temperature and high pressure dynamic damage assessment system is a set of indoor evaluation system which simulates the dynamic damage to the core.It is used in the field of oil and gas reservoir protection experimental equipment in petroleum exploration and development,the components of it include end-surface circulation multi-point rock core grippers?Pump?confining pressure pump?mud pump?gas source? high pressure liquid tank?temperature sensor?pressure sensor?flowmeter? back pressure controller and computer.Under the condition of simulated formation temperature,pressure and flow rate,the initial permeability of each section of the core is measured and the core is not taken out.After that,the mud pump is activated to drive the fluid in the high pressure liquid tank to carry out endface contamination on the core,measuring permeability values of each section of the core so that we know the change in the core permeability before and after contact between the working fluid and the core of the reservoir.By using this system,we can accurately evaluate the working fluid damage to the hydrocarbon reservoir before the oil is extracted,so that we can analyze the damage factors and damage caused to the hydrocarbon reservoir during the petroleum exploitation.This system not only provides experimental data support for subsequent oil exploration but also facilitates the optimization of the subsequent protection and designs of oil and gas formation.Therefore,this system is of great significance.This article first introduces the background and significance of topic selection,then elaborates the principle and implementation of dynamic damage system.According to the dynamic process of the system and the test principle of permeability,the overall scheme design of dynamic damage assessment system under high temperature and high pressure is put forward.At the same time,the main control methods abontrol method is adopted for temperature control,the temperature control rules anut parameters of dynamic damage monitoring and control system are determined,including temperature,pressure and flow control.The control algorithm of temperature,pressure and flow is described in detail,the advanced intelligent closed-loop cod flow chart of the program are given according to the changes of temperature and temperature before and after the single-chip microcomputer detects.The closed-loop control algorithm is adopted for the control of confining pressure,and the control rules are designed according to the pressure variation characteristics.The integral control algorithm is be used for flow control,the integral controller is designed.The system chooses dsPIC30F6014 one-chip computer of the American microchip company,and developed the systematic lower position machine on the basis of dsPIC30F6014 one-chip computer.The paper discusses in detail about architect of the hardware about the dedicated controller and the dsPIC30F6014 MCU microcontroller resource allocation and minimum system.In the specific hardware circuit design,we should full using the internal resource of dsPIC30F6014 microcontroller,such as I / O modules,A / D converter module,PWM module,universal serial communication interface module and other hardware resources.At the same time,we designed digital input and output channels,analog signal acquisition Channel of the controller,analog control output channel,communication interface and other circuits.So that the independent research and development of dynamic damage evaluation dedicated controller has is economic.PC software with the development of Kingview 6.60,the human-computer interaction(HCI)monitoring software about dynamic damage process was developed.The host computer software includes measurement and control system of human-computer interaction,production reports and historical data query functions.The paper discusses in detail the overall architecture of HMI software design,human-computer interface design,PC and lower computer communication protocol,and the corresponding design of real-time database.Finally,the paper discusses the hardware testing,software testing,system intermodulation and indoor simulation experiment of each unit of the measurement and control system.The experimental results show that the research of measurement and control system meets the process design requirements.
