| In the combustion process,the cigarette produces low-molecular aldosterone compounds and other harmful substances.The long-term inhalation of these substances is highly detrimental to the body’s taste and respiratory system.Therefore,it is of great significance to reduce the high concentration of carbonyl compounds in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes.In this paper,electrostatic self-assembly technology was used to prepare the different adsorption functional materials,which includes sodium tripolyphosphate/chitosan loaded on mesoporous alumina composites(MA@STPP/Ch)and porous y-polyglutamic acid/chitosan(y-PGA/Ch)composites,using chitosan of cationic polyelectrolyte as raw material.The materials were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,BET,XPS,TG-DTG,AFM,et al.In addition,the above materials were added to the eigarette filter to form a three-element composite filter,and the adsorption of carbonyl compounds in the flue gas was investigated.The main contents and results are as follows:At first,we prepared mesoporous alumina by means of hard template method with chitosan as template agent and aluminum nitrate as aluminum source.The multilayer-tripolyphosphate/chitosan composites were prepared by using layer-by-layer electrostatic self-assembly with mesoporous alumina as a basement.The sodium tripolyphosphate and chitosan were alternately loaded on the surface of mesoporous alumina.By means of the physical adsorption through the pore structure and the chemical adsorption through the amino-groups of chitosan,the content of low molecular aldosterone decreased in mainstream smoke.When assembly for three layers of composites and the addition amount of the filter was 40 mg per branch,MA@STPP/Ch effectively improved the adsorption rate of aldosterone and other carbonyl compounds in mainstream smoke compared with mesoporous alumina.The adsorption rate of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde,acetone,propionaldehyde,crotonaldehyde,2-butanone and butyl aldehyde was increased from 31.7%,4.9%,9.4%,4.7%,19.1%,6.2%and 20.6%to 43.1%,6.9%,13.7%,7.8%,28.4%,9.6%and 33.4%.The total adsorption rate of aldosterone in flue gas increased from 9,8%to 13.5%.And there was no significant effect on the release amount of CO and cigarette grain phase.Secondly,with Na2CO3,K2CO3,PEG600,PEG1000,PEG1540 as the pore agent,the polyglutamate/chitosan composite material was synthesized in aqueous solution by using twin-20 as an emulsifier.The results show the best preparation conditions.At room temperature,6%of K2CO3 pore-forming agent and 10%of emulsifier twain-20 were added to 0.01 g/mL of y-poly glutamic acid in the solution,0.01 g/mL of chitosan solution containing 1%acetic acid was added to the solution by drops,and the concentration of chitosan was 1%,When the adsorbent under the preparation condition was 40 mg in the cigarette filter,the adsorption rate of crotalin in the cigarette smoke was 30.64%,and there was no significant effect on the release amount of CO and cigarette grain phase. |
