With the progress of modernization,the pollution caused by industrial production is getting more and more serious.There is an urgent need for a portable and accurate measuring instrument capable of real-time monitoring of various components and contents of industrial waste gas and flue gas.There are many types of flue gas detection methods currently available in the market.Common industrial flue gas detection devices are generally based on electrochemical principles or based on spectroscopic analysis.Among them,the system based on differential absorption principle Take up the majority.However,the devices and systems in use are more or less flawed.For example,devices designed with electrochemical principles are prone to battery aging or failure,zero drift and inability to accurately measure.Differential absorption spectroscopy can not accurately separate the content of NO and NO2,and in the case of low signal-to-noise ratio,the measurement error is large,and the accuracy is not high.In this paper,the traditional differential absorption algorithm is improved in the short optical path and the measurement accuracy is low at low concentration.The ant colony algorithm is used to select the global wavelength to improve the gas measurement accuracy.Based on the analysis of experimental data and combined with the basic theory,a complete and simple method of spectral analysis was designed and validated.The measured data obtained through the non-linear fitting experiment can reduce the error caused by the non-linearity of Lambert's law in the actual flue gas detection.Using the characteristic absorption wavelength of gas and limited cyclic iteration,different gases can be gradually separated from the mixed gas.And through a large number of targeted experiments,verify the rationality of the algorithm.Combined with the algorithm,a miniaturized structure of the UV flue gas analysis system is designed to meet the requirements of simultaneously detecting a variety of harmful gases in the flue gas,and the final measurement error is within 3%,which is the promotion of such detection instruments in the future Production provides the foundation.
