With Ln3+-containing functional materials,Tb3+-centered color-purity green-light one is highly concerned.In this thesis,based on physical doping or covalent grafting of green-light Tb3+ complex into a polymer,two kinds of hybrid materials with Tb3+-centered color-purity green-light were obtained,respectively.Moreover,besides structural characterization,photoluminescent(PL)property and thermal stability for those hybrid materials by FT-IR,1H NMR,PL spectrum,X-ray diffraction analysis and TG,et al,the Poly(NVK-co-2)(50:1)hybrid material with Tb3+-centered color-purity green-light was used as the emitting layer,and its polymer light-emitting diode was also developedThe main research content of this thesis is as follows: Firstly,five series of vinyl-mod ified Tb3+-complex monomers,[Ln(eb-PMP)3(4-VB-PBI)](Ln = La,1;Ln = Tb,2;Ln= Gd,3)(Heb-PMP= 4-(2-ethylbutanoyl)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one,4-V B-PBI = 1-(4-vinylbenzyl)-2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole);[Ln(Q)3(4-VB-PBI)](Ln = La,4;Ln = Tb,5;Ln = Gd,6);[Ln(Q)3(4-VB-FBI)](Ln = La,7;Ln= Tb,8;Ln= Gd,9);[Ln(Q)3(VBCz DPO)](Ln = La,10;Ln = Tb,11;Ln = Gd,12)(HQ = 4-(3,3-dimethylbutanoyl)-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one,4-VB-FBI = 1-(4-viny lbenzyl)-2-(furan-2-yl)-1H-benzo[d]imidazole,VBCz DPO = 9-(4-vinylbenzyl)-3,6-bis(diph enylphosphoryl)-9H-carbazole)and [Ln(PMIP)3(4-VB-FBI)](Ln = La,13;Ln = Tb,14;Ln = Gd,15)(HPMIP= 4-isobutyryl-3-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one)were sy nthesized,respectively.Those photoluminescent property showed that the Tb3+-centered color-purity green-light was realized for each Tb3+-complex monomer.Secondly,besides the comparison of doping hybrid materials Poly(MMA-@-Z)(Z = 13-15)with grafting hybrid materials Poly(MMA-co-Z)(Z = 13-15),the series of PM MA,PS or PVK-supported while Ln3+-containing metallopolymer-type hybrid materials Poly(MMA-co-X),Poly(NVK-co-X),Poly(ST-co-X)(X = 1-3)and Poly(MMA-co-Y)(Y = 4-12)were obtained from the copolymerization of one of the corresponding com plex monomers with MMA(methyl methacrylate)?ST(styrene)or NVK(N-vinyl-carb azole),respectively.In contrast to the corresponding Tb3+-complex monomer,each of t he hybrid materials with Tb3+-complex doped or gfrated,gave relatively longer lifetime and larger quantum yield,and their thermal stability and film-forming property were also significantly improved.Thirdly,using Poly(NVK-co-2)(50:1)with color coordinates CIE of(0.335,0.580),lif etime of 763 ?s(?em = 546 nm)and quantum yield of 41% as the emitting layer,its PLEDs with device configuration of ITO/PEDOT:PSS(30 nm)/Poly(NVK-co-2)(40nm)/BCP(10 nm or 20 nm)/TPBI(30 nm)/Li F(1 nm)/Al(100 nm)were developed.The electroluminescent performances showed that for ITO/PEDOT:PSS(30 nm)/Poly(NVKco-2)(40 nm)/BCP(20 nm)/TPBI(30 nm)/Li F(1 nm)/Al(100 nm)(PEDOT:PSS = Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate),BCP = 2,9-Dimethyl-4,7-dipheny l-1,10-phenanthroline,TPBI = 1,3,5-Tris(1-phenyl-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)benzene),current efficiency of 24.63 cd/A,EQE of 7.81% and power efficiency of 6.45 lm/W,were e xhibited under the voltage of 12 V,respectively,which was distinctively improved as compared with the reported PLEDs with Tb3+-centered color-purity green-light.
