Coordination Polymers(CPs)is widely applied in adsorption,fluorescence sensing,catalysis and other fields because of its controllable and periodic topology.Among them,Metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs)has become the focus of research owing to its unique advantages.Although there are many methods to synthesize MOFs materials,it is still a challenge that how to get MOFs materials efficiently.It has been shown that organic ligands containing carboxylic groups can construct excellent CPs.In this paper,the authors choose four carboxyl ligands to construct complexes,including p-H2 bdc,H3btc,Biphenyl-3,3',5,5'-tetracarboxylic acid and 3,5-di(2',5'-dicarboxylphenyl)benozoic acid.Five classical MOFs were successfully synthesized by hot pressing: UIO-66(Zr),MIL-53(Al),HKUST-1,MIL-100(Fe)and MFM-300(In),respectively.We also successfully synthesized: {[Zn5(L)2(H2O)2]ˇ2DMF}n(1)and [Cu3(HL)2(H2O)2]nˇsolvent(2)used solvothermal method.In addition,the porous metal is described from the synthetic methods,properties and application fields,and the porous metal nickel is successfully synthesized.This paper is included in four chapters:Chapter 1 summarizes the concept,development history and application fields of coordination compounds and porous metals.At last,the significance of the research and the work to be carried out are introduced.Chapter 2 offers the electrodeposition method to study the preparation process of porous nickel and copper,and its structure was characterized and analyzed.Chapter 3 presents the synthesis of five classical MOFs [UIO-66(Zr),MIL-53(Al),HKUST-1,MIL-100(Fe)and MFM-300(In)] by hot pressing method.Besides the basic characterization,the gas adsorption and magnetic properties of MFM-300(In)and MIL-100(Fe)have been analyzed respectively.The composite of HKUST-1,MFM-300(In)with porous nickel was studied.Chapter 4 introduces two novel complexes constructed with Zn(II),Cu(II)metal ions and 3,5-di(2?,5?-dicarboxylphenyl)benozoic acid ligand by solvothermal method.The structures and properties of the complexes have been studied.
