| Petroleum,as a nonrenewable resource,plays an important role in our life.In recent years,with the increasing demand for oil,oil resources are becoming more and more intense.Because the bitumen components in oil sands will get crude oil after hydrotreating,the exploitation and utilization of oil sands have attracted wide attention.At present,water washing,solvent,pyrolysis and ultrasonic assisted separation are the main methods of oil sand separation.These methods have a large amount of water consumption,high energy consumption,low cleanliness of asphalt and high cost.Therefore,it is of great significance to find a new method of separating oil sand.In this paper,IL and Deep Eutectic Solvent enhanced organic solvent extraction of oil sand bitumen were investigated,These two methods can reduce energy consumption and cost.The oil content of Inner Mongolia oil sand was measured,the effect of ion liquid1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborateassisted dichloromethane extraction and dichloromethane extraction of oil sand asphalt was compared.The cleanliness of asphalt and residual sand obtained from two different extraction processes was analyzed by means of infrared and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the oil content of Inner Mongolia oil sand is 11.66%,which belongs to the rich oil sand.It has the research significance.The recovery of asphalt whice from the system([Emim][BF4],[Bmim][BF4])assisted dichloromethane is better,and the cleanliness of the separation between the asphalt and the sand is higher.The results showed that the best recovery of asphalt was achieved under the conditions of the volume ratio of ionic liquid and dichloromethane is 2:5,ultrasonic power is 70 W,extraction time is 30 min,and extraction times are 3 timesThe low eutectic solvent(DES)are also called–like ionic liquids.It is mainly composed of salt(hydrogen bond donor)and organic molecule(hydrogen bond donor)according to a certain stoichiometric ratio.Similar to ionic liquids.DES has the advantages of low cost,non-toxic and environmental protection,simple synthesis route and so on.Three low eutectic solvents(DES)of three kinds of ChCl-U,ChCl-EG and ChCl-PA were synthesized and used to replace the ionic liquid for assisted organic solvent extraction of oil sand bitumen.The results showed that the addition of DES increased the recovery effect of the asphalt and"locked"the fine residue into the extracted bitumen,thus improving cleanliness of the asphalt and the residual sand.However,the asphalt extraction process did not float asphalt,so as to achieve the goal of eliminating distilled solvents. |
