This paper studies can take place at room temperature phase transition of the paraffin-based composite phase change material with a high density polyethylene matrix by melt blending ratio by adding adsorbing filler and a thermally conductive filler to improve high-density polyethylene/paraffin composite phase change material In the phase change process easy to leakage,improve thermal efficiency.Paraffin-based composite phase change material by melting point of 50?52 ? of paraffin wax and melting point of about 5 ? of two liquid paraffin as raw material,according to a certain proportion compounded by melt blending,prepared by natural cooling.The paraffin-based composite compound after the phase change material and high density polyethylene by melt blending ratio,adding a certain amount of adsorption of calcium carbonate filler and diatomaceous earth,and a thermally conductive filler alumina,prepared with different transformation temperatures,different levels of performance high-density polyethylene/paraffin composite phase change material.Step by Step cold and DSC curves to study the effects of compounding ratio of raw material paraffin phase change material phase transition temperature,and high-density polyethylene/paraffin composite phase change material tensile properties,impact properties,mass loss rate,weight loss rate,temperature thermal aging,thermal conductivity,etc.carried out detailed testing and research.The results showed that by changing the mass ratio of solid and liquid paraffin,available in different phase transition temperature of the paraffin-based composite phase change material.And with the addition of liquid paraffin,paraffin complex phase transition temperature decreases,diffusion stability of the phase change material at room temperature is gradually lowered.And over time,began to spread rapidly,gradually stabilized.By adding a thermally conductive filler alumina,improve the thermal conductivity of the composite phase change materials,effective solution to the composite phase change material problem of poor thermal conductivity;fillers calcium carbonate and diatomaceous earth in paraffin phase transition occurs when adsorbed by the addition of inorganic adsorption a lot of paraffin,and high-density polyethylene played a role in the support,effectively solve the complex problems in phase change materials leak occurs when a phase transition.High-density polyethylene/paraffin composite phase change material test results found that when the composite phase change material is added increase in volume for a long time,no major changes in the mechanical properties,and mass loss rate,weight loss and aging are heated with hot Composite Phase Change material is added in an amount increases.But the overall good thermal stability,and further show that the addition of high-density polyethylene/paraffin composite phase change material paraffin compound can reach 50%.Currently comprehensive performance testing,B1 is,when compounded paraffin mass ratio 2:2:6,by adding the amount of the composite phase change material is 30%,alumina and calcium carbonate is added in an amount of 5%and 15%,respectively,when integrated best performance;A6 is,when compounded paraffin mass ratio 4:1:5,by adding the amount of the composite phase change material is 50%,alumina and calcium carbonate is added in an amount of 10%,respectively,higher overall performance.
