Amorphous soft magnetic materials have attracted much attention due to their unique structure,excellent magnetic properties and low price.At the same time,the amorphous magnetic powder core,because of its superior soft magnetic properties,can replace the traditional Fe-Ni,MPP and Sendust powder core in some occasions,and become an important part in the electronic power field.At present,most of the amorphous powders are broken by amorphous ribbons.However,the amorphous powders obtained by mechanical crushing are bound to be accompanied by a large number of sharp angles,which have a very adverse effect on the magnetic properties of the magnetic powder core.Therefore,the problem of corner shaping for amorphous powder is urgently to be solved.In this paper,the amorphous FeSiB powder with a particle size range of 150-200 mesh is shaped by mechanically stirring and chemically immersing.The effects of the mechanical shaping time,the mechanical shaping speed,the chemical shaping time and the concentration of chemical reshaping liquid on the powder properties,such as powder physical properties,powder morphology,magnetic core permeability,magnetic core loss,high frequency and DC superposition characteristics of magnetic powder core,are investigated.The following conclusions are obtained:1)Both the mechanical shaping process and the chemical shaping process improve the morphology of the amorphous powder,making the particle size smaller,the sharp corners disappear,the edges smoother,and the powder in a circular shape.2)Both mechanical shaping and chemical shaping improve the flowability of the amorphous powder,and have less influence on the powder looseness ratio.3)The two shaping processes do not change the high-frequency characteristics and DC superposition characteristics of the amorphous material itself.The magnetic powder core prepared by the mechanical shaping process has a high permeability,and the magnetic powder core prepared by shaping the amorphous powder for 5 hours has the highest magnetic permeability 56;the loss of the magnetic powder core prepared by the chemical shaping process is relatively low.The magnetic powder cores prepared by the HCl solution and the NaCl solution shaping powder have a similar loss and are lower than the magnetic powder core loss value prepared by the NaOH solution shaping powder.4)The two shaping processes mainly change the magnetic properties of the magnetic powder core such as magnetic permeability and loss by changing the morphology of the amorphous powder.According to the different occasions,different soft magnetic properties can be used to prepare amorphous magnetic powder cores to achieve product diversification;at the same time,the amorphous waste belt can be recycled and reused to avoid unnecessary waste.Protection also has a positive effect.
