Cementing is an important link in the process of oil drilling and production.The quality of cementing is closely related to the service life of oil Wells.The cement slurry used for cementing is mixed in the agitator,and the solid cement particles suspended in the liquid under the action of agitator blade are used to make suspension liquid.Therefore,the quality of cement cement mixing directly affects the quality of cementing operations,which requires a high level of cement.Therefore,it is important to improve the mixing effect of cement,which is of great practical significance to cementing.In this paper,the water and ash mixing system of cementing truck in no.4 machinery plant of sinopec petroleum machinery co.Using the theory of two phase flow and turbulent flow of the slurry system of liquid-solid two-phase hybrid analysis,analysis the influence of different factors on the stirring effect,and by orthogonal design,overall alternative plan to find a suitable mixing scheme,under the precondition of good mixing effect,less energy consumption of the slurry,the optimization of mixer,make it on the basis of mixing,and the pursuit of less energy consumption.This article did the research content is as follows:(1)CFD fluid dynamics model for explanation.The analysis of solid liquid two phase flow scheme,for the drum inside the solid liquid two phase flow model selection scheme.After analysis of tin the turbulence intensity,through the calculation of Reynolds number and computer ability to judge how to selection.Again for the drum mixing flow field inside the area treatment options of reference frame for flow field analysis.(2)Considering the structure of the mixing parameters and process parameters,find out the several important factors influencing the mixing effects and energy consumption.The important factors in orthogonal combination,the combined scheme with very little,find these factors and the relationship between the mixing effects and energy consumption.(3)The average density derived from the flow field analysis,the section of the average density of these different variance,variance size can judge the mixing effect is good and the bad;The same extraction of torque compute power agitation tank,on behalf of the energy consumption of power,the more the greater the power consumption.(4)Through the analysis of the very poor,can find the mixing effect and influence factors of primary and secondary energy consumption;Through these factors and levels of trend diagram,the change rule of each factor can be found in the small scope;Through variance analysis,we can find out about the influence of the mixing effects and energy consumption have the most significant factors as well as the significant factors.The conclusion is as follows:(1)Of the drum internal flow field of the Mixture model.The simulation analysis of the drum turbulence intensity is larger,higher Reynolds number and consider the computer operation ability choose the standard k-epsilon model.For mixing tank internal flow field area processing chose the multiple reference frame.(2)Under the condition of without considering the energy consumption,improve stirring effect with the speed of ascension;Blade spacing in 150 ~ 170(mm),along with the distance increase mixing effect is good,170 ~ 190(mm)with distance increasing stirring effect variation;As the axial spacing decreases,mixing effect is good,but the degree of the change is very low,a modest increase mixing effect;With the decrease of the blades,stirring effect also rise;The greater the width of blade mixing effect is more obvious,but the range of the mixing effect will gradually decreases with increase the width;The number of blades,it is clear that the 4 leaf stirring effect is best,whether increase or decrease,reduce its mixing effect.Mixing Angle,obviously when 10 ° to the best,but change the mixing Angle,will find that the mixing effect of the increase of damping has had a huge impact.The optimization of the structure and technology of the stirring speed 170 r/min,choose 170 mm leaf spacing,axial spacing of 1100 mm,leaf blade choose 473 mm diameter,blade width of 60 mm,choose 4,the number of blade mixing Angle selected 10 °.(3)In the case of pure consider energy consumption,the faster the speed,mixing,the greater the energy consumption while increasing amplitude is very big also;Leaf spacing decreases as the blade spacing,but smaller energy consumption;Decreases as the axial spacing,reduce energy consumption;Leaves diameter,decreases as the blade diameter,larger energy consumption,therefore;Blade width,with blade width increases,the energy consumption become bigger;As leaf number increased energy consumption increased,but the 3 leaf into four leaf increase of energy consumption and its obvious,four leaves become five leaf growth in energy consumption decreased significantly;Mixing Angle between 5 ° to 10 °,with the increase of slope Angle decrease energy consumption,between 10 ° to 15 °,with the increase of Angle,energy consumption.So stirring structure optimization choose for speed 130 r/min,choose 190 mm leaf spacing,axial spacing of 1200 mm,leaf blade choose 473 mm diameter,choose 40 mm blade width,leaf number choice 3,oblique Angle selected 10 °.(4)And the effects of various factors on mixing size order: leaf Angle>rotate speed> leaf number>leaf width>leaf diameter>axletree distance>leaf distance;The influence of various factors on energy consumption size order: leaf angle>rotate speed>leaf number >leaf width >axletree distance> leaf distance > leaf diameter;Only mixing Angle of effect of various factors are highly significant effect,speed has significant influence on mixing effect,the rest had no significant effect factors on the stirring effect;Tilt Angle and the rotation speed has a significant effect on energy consumption and other factors had no significant effect on energy consumption.(5)Considering mixing effects and energy consumption,the structure and technology of the drum to optimize for speed 170 r/min,choose 190 mm leaf spacing,axial spacing of 1200 mm,leaf blade choose 473 mm diameter,choose 40 mm blade width,leaf number of option 3,oblique Angle selected 10 °.
