The operation safety of EMU is the most important task in railway transportation.In order to achieve effective monitoring for the running state of EMU,we research and put into use the EMU running fault image detection equipment(TEDS),which has played a role for EMU operation protection.However,TEDS devices do not have a unified technology standards;the information share is not sufficient;moreover,in the fields of safety failure testing,comprehensive monitoring and real-time failure tracking,has obviously deficiencies;therefore,the research of TEDS monitoring network and application system has important significance in theory and practical application value.In this paper,focused on the single detecting point,different data format and various fault alarming problems of TEDS equipment,based on the practical requirement,combined with the information and communication technology,aimed at improving the comprehensive monitoring,the fault real-time networking tracking and the major safety fault response,conduct research of the networking monitoring application.Firstly,analysis the application requirements from the overall demand,business function,network,data processing and equipment configuration,clear the basic business logic,the network channel demand,the networking data requirements,and etc.,settle technical foundation for further application design.Secondly,based on practical requirement,start with the dynamic monitoring,data centralized management,networking application and information sharing,implement overall system construction design on the architecture,network structure,data process,business process,general function,data interface and so on;considering the data flow among different business layers,combined with the present situation of network and network security,realize design goals of three-level networking and center,four-level application and information display.On this basis,in order to improve the stability and accessibility of the system,put the practical application value of the networked application system into great play,we conduct research in some key technical issues.We improve the core network speed and fault redundancy by Dual-machine stack technology;design the fault recognition algorithm based on comprehensive evaluation by multi-site monitoring images;design and realize the fault loop-locked process solution and related function;which play great role in EMU running security.Through the research of TEDS online monitoring application system,the dynamic monitoring,data centralized management and networking applications of the EMU's faults are realized,Fault handling and tracking enable closed-loop management with EMU management information systems,which fully embodies the networked application system Practical application value.
