With the vigorous development of aquaculture,livestock and poultry waste has increased year by year.Livestock and poultry breeding wastes can not be treated in a timely manner and cause serious pollution to the environment,and the utilization rate of domestic waste resources is relatively low.Based on this,this paper studies the aerobic fermentation process of livestock and poultry waste,and designs an aerobic fermentation according to the technological requirements.It can quickly realize the harmless treatment and utilization of livestock and poultry manure,which has certain economic and social significance.The aerobic fermenter consists of feeding system,insulation structure,mixing system,ventilation system,transmission system and so on.According to the theory,the lowest oxygen consumption is 396m3/h;the torque of the stirring mechanism is 170742N·m.For large torque and low speed,the hydraulic ratchet pawl transmission mechanism is designed.The hydraulic cylinder is 500mm,the pressure is 16MPa,and the ratchet is twelve teeth.Using the modeling software SolidWorks,the three-dimensional model of the components is established,and the strength and stress of the complex force components are checked by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.It includes:the deformation of the center of the separation plate is large,the stiffness can not be met,the needle is improved,and the stress analysis is carried out on the improved model.The results show that the stiffness and strength of the improved separation plate can meet the actual requirements.The stress analysis of the transfer mechanism shows that the maximum stress distribution is in the welding place of the blade and the hub,the maximum deformation is in the free end of the blade,and the design of the feeding mechanism can work normally.The dynamic simulation analysis of the transmission mechanism is carried out in the automatic dynamic analysis software ADAMS of mechanical system.The change curves of the ratchet track,the pawl and the piston rod are obtained by the simulation.It is known that the designed transmission mechanism can carry out the motion according to the design requirements and meet the transmission requirements.After a single cycle of fermentation,a dark brown fermented product was obtained,and the test results reached the requirements of the agricultural standard NY 525-2012.
