Research On Environmental Cost Control Of Coal Chemical Enterprises Based On The New Environmental Law

The environmental pollution and other ecological problems that appear with China's rapid economic development are one of the most noteworthy issues.The enterprises with the purpose of making profit are the main ones that cause the most damage to the environment while promoting the economic development.And the traditional coal chemical enterprises are the typical representatives.Early long-term rapid expansion of coal chemical industry enterprise has always been a concern for the cost control is not enough,so that serious overcapacity industry and revenue is difficult to expand even maintain to support survival situation of enterprise,facing severe cost challenges at present.The new environmental protection law applied on January 1,2015 and the current state of resource,energy constraints to further strengthen make coal chemical industry enterprise environment cost control become the next stage how to survival and development the most urgently needed to solve practical problems.This paper studies the national environmental protection policies,requirements for the cost of the impact of coal chemical industry,and collects an actual case-M electrochemical factory data of the specific analysis to quantify the effect.And make further analysis of the enterprise under the request of going with the green development of The Times to consider environmental benefits of the problems existing in the cost control.In this paper,it is believed that to improve voluntary cost and enhance environmental cost control can bring long-term economic benefits and contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises.Finally,I put forward corresponding suggestions to coal chemical industry enterprise to organize the implementation of cost control,scientifically to promote coal chemical industry enterprise to improve its operation and management,enhance core competitiveness,make the enterprise in the external market competition under the background of green development and sustainable development requirements.
