This paper explores the preparation of TiO2 nano materials by gel hydrothermal method,and the use of NH2-HBP were prepared by controlling the HBP-TiO2 and modified gold doped nano TiO2,to explore the influence ofNH2-HBP on nano TiO2 particle size,dispersion and photocatalytic properties,the effect of doping gold concentration on photocatalytic performance of TiO2.This paper using XRD,Nano Sizer,TEM,SEM,EDS and FT-IR technology on TiO2?HBP-TiO2 and Au-TiO2.Through the optimization and characterization of the performance of the TiO2 nano particles,through the synthesis of nano TiO2 materials characterization of continuous optimization.The modified gold doped TiO2 with excellent dispersion and photocatalytic properties was successfully prepard by the experiment.The experimental data show that pure TiO2 has poor dispersion,general photocatalytic performance,and no natural photocatalytic activity.After controlling by HBP-NH2,the particle size of TiO2 nanoparticles is about 10 nm,and the dispersion property of nano TiO2particles is obviously improved.The Au-TiO2,in addition to the dispersion properties of nano TiO2 particles significantly improved,but also improve the photocatalytic properties of nano TiO2,with the increase of Au/Ti element content and molar ratio of Au doped,photocatalytic properties of nano TiO2 were increased.Au-TiO2 of Congo red and methylene blue degradation rate can reach 99%and 98%respectively,in the natural light of Congo red and methylene blue.The photocatalytic degradation rate by only about 4%more than 80%,the cotton fabric can be obtained with photocatalysis function by using nano TiO2.
