Ferroferric oxide is widely found in nature and possesses excellent optical,magnetic,and electrical properties.It has broad application prospects in the fields of biomedicine,nanoelectronics,etc.Silk fibroin,as a natural polymer material,has good biocompatibility,degradability,easy cross-linking of various functional groups,good formability,etc.,is widely used in biomedicine and other fields;The use of silk fibroin as a template to regulate the production of nanomaterials,control the morphology of nanomaterials,and improve materials stability and other aspects show excellent performance.In this dissertation,the solvothermal method was used to combine the advantages of both silk fibroin and ferroferric oxide,and successfully prepared good composite ferroferric oxide/fibroin nanoparticles.Ferroferric oxide/silk fibroin composite nanochains which was successfully prepared by a simple way of applying a magnetic field.It proved that the product has a huge application prospect.The experimental parts of the paper are mainly divided into the following sections:(1)The tunable ferroferric oxide/fibroin nanocomposite spheres were synthesized by solvothermal method.In addition,we also proposed the mechanism of silk fibroin regulated synthesis of ferroferric oxide/fibroin nanocomposites.The results of correlation characterization show that Fe3O4/SF nanospheres have strong saturation magnetization and good biocompatibility.(2)The solvothermal method was used to synthesize Fe3O4/SF nanochains under external magnetic field and the corresponding formation mechanism was discussed.The prepared nanochains have excellent magnetic properties and biocompatibility which lengthen out to tens of microns.(3)Experiments were conducted on the potential applications of the prepared materials,demonstrating that the prepared ferroferric oxide nanomaterials have great application prospects in biomedical applications.In summary,in this thesis,Fe3O4/SF composite nanomaterials were successfully prepared based on silk fibroin template,and its applications in magnetics,biomedicine andother fields were preliminarily studied.At the same time,the dissertation also tried to propose the mechanism of related materials preparation.The research results of this dissertation show that silk fibroin is an ideal material for the regulation of ferroferric oxide.The research of this thesis broadens the application of silk fibroin in the field of functional materials and opens up a new path for the preparation of other new materials.
