Daqing oilfield has entered the late stage of high water-cut development,existing technologies such as water flooding and polymer flooding are very mature.However,the exploitation degree of the two or three types of low permeability reservoirs is still limited,ASP flooding technique has been proved to be able to greatly improve the recovery rate,it can still improve more than 10 percentage points cn the basis of polymer flooding.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a complete set of ASP flooding technology.Especially for the low permeability reservoir,the ASP flooding technology is the most important.Compared with the original polymer solution,the ASP composite system solution was added to the soda and the surface active agent.Therefore,it has new characteristics such as poor shear resistance and easy scaling.In this paper,we use SEM and DLS two technologies to analyze the changes before and after the solution flows through the parting tool of the molecular aggregation form in solution of ASP composite system.We use FLUENT to analyze and contrast the flow field of different structure forms,according to the analysis of velocity distribution pressure distribution and turbulent kinetic energy distribution,we can choose the excellent streamline depressurization groove structure.Based on four structural parameters of streamline depressurization grooves tools,then we adopt orthogonal experimental methods to make rational designs,we find out the optimal structural parameters of tools and tested by laboratory test finally.At the rate of 50m3/d,the maximum current limiting differential pressure of depressurization groove is 1.5MPa,and the viscosity loss rate is 8.2%.It is effective to prevent high permeation injection and control the viscosity loss rate,the process performance of ASP flooding separate injection tools was significantly improved.
