Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics(CFRP)has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance and strong tensile strength,and is widely used in concrete structure reinforcement in practical engineering.As a kind of active reinforcement method,prestressed carbon fiber slab reinforcement technology has the characteristics of high efficiency and economy.Taking prestressed clamp plate anchorage and anchorage prestressed waveform as the foundation,and theoretical analysis on its working principles and mechanical characteristics,the development of a new type for the 10 cm wide carbon fiber board of wedge clamp plate anchorage,and the mechanical properties of finite element simulation and static tension test research,the main contents are:(1)the anchorage of prestressed carbon fiber board of research both at home and abroad,summarizes the domestic and foreign existing style of anchorage,and contrast analysis of clamp plate anchorage and waveform,the working principle of anchorage,stress distribution and work performance,on the basis of the design of wedge clamp plate anchorage key size.The anchorage length of the design anchor is 200 mm,the thickness of the anchor cup is 70 mm,and the thickness of the three clips is 6.15 mm,8.15 mm and 10.15 mm respectively.(2)using ansys software to simulate the prestressed carbon fiber plate wedge clamp plate anchorage in the stages of preloaded and tensioning force process,overall analysis of the anchorage and the deformation and stress distribution of wedge clamp.In the model,surface contact is used to simulate the contact between the anchor cup and the clip,the clip and the carbon fiber board,and the carbon fiber board and the anchor wedge clamp are considered as one.Theoretical results surface: the upward deformation of the center of the anchorage is the largest,and it decreases with the end of the anchor.The equivalent stress in the end of the anchorage is the maximum.(3)the prestressed carbon fiber plate anchorage of static tension test scheme is designed,mainly including wedge clamp plate anchorage static load test of test content,testing equipment,the arrangement method of measuring point and loading system.The static load test is carried out to test the influence of the thickness of the wedge clamp on the ultimate tension of the anchor.It can be seen from the experiment that the test results of the xmj10-3 group are relatively good,the limit tension of the anchor is 380.3KN,and the anchoring efficiency is 79.2%.The test results show that the anchor clamp needs to have a certain stiffness to hold the carbon fiber board,to improve the ultimate tension of the anchor and reduce the prestress loss caused by the slip of the carbon fiber plate.
