In recent years, the investment and development of oil and gas fields for offshore low permeability have been increasing, and the demand for fracturing measures has been increasing. However, the cost and risk of offshore fracturing operation are significantly higher than those of onshore fracturing operation, which requires fracturing operators to quickly and accurately understanding the reservoir conditions before fracturing. It needs to formulate reservoir fracturing scheme combined with reservoir characteristics, fracturing technology and other factors to ensure the effect of fracturing operation. Therefore, according to the development characteristics of offshore low permeability oilfields,we have made a targeted fracturing scheme suitable for offshore low permeability oilfields on the basis of considering many factors affecting the fracturing scheme. This paper investigates the reserves distribution and development status of offshore low permeability oilfields, the application potential of fracturing technology is analyzed, and summarizes the regional geological overview of B oilfield. The influence of many factors on fracturing scheme design of B oilfield is studied from two aspects: the factors related to fracturing and the factors unrelated to fracturing. On this basis, the well pattern deployment and fracture configuration of B oilfield are optimized, and the production characteristics are analyzed. Then, the design of fracturing reservoir scheme for B oilfield is carried out.The scheme optimization and index prediction are carried out by the numerical simulation method. Finally, the optimal development scheme is determined, which has certain guidance for fracturing development of B oilfield, and it also has certain reference value for the development of similar low permeability oilfields.
