With the development of polymer flooding technology,a large number of polydispersed oil recovery can effectively improve oil recovery,but it also leads to more complex production fluid properties than traditional oil-water two-phase flow,increasing the production fluid in the swirling flow.Because it is difficult to separate the oil and water in the device,it is of great significance to study the influence of the rheological characteristics of the poly-production fluid on the separation performance of the Hydrocyclones to understand the influence of the Hydrocyclones and the optimal design of the Hydrocyclones.At first,this paper based on the theory of fluid rheological properties of crude oil,polymer aqueous solution containing polyethylene produced fluid property and rheological properties,it is concluded that no effect of polymer on oil viscosity,significant impact on the viscosity of aqueous phase;By analyzing the effects of shear rate,temperature,polymer concentration and oil content on the rheological properties of poly-produced fluids,it was concluded that poly-containing fluids are non-Newtonian fluids with shear-thinning properties,and the consistency coefficient of the power law equation The k value is between0.009 and 0.05 Pa·sn,and the power law index n is between 0.6 and 0.8.The viscosity decreases with increasing shear rate and temperature,and increases with polymer concentration and oil content.Second,the axial Hydrocyclones as the research object,based on the method of combining the numerical simulation and experiment,according to Newton fluid viscosity,oil content and particle size of the oil droplets,the density of oil phase affect the performance of Hydrocyclones research.The results show that the separation efficiency of the Hydrocyclones decreases with the viscosity of the inlet fluid,the droplet size decreases,the oil content increases,and the oil phase density increases.The separation efficiency is above 80% when the viscosity is less than 4 m Pa·s.The change of viscosity has a greater influence on the tangential velocity,and the axial velocity is less affected by it;the viscosity increases and the pressure drop at the bottom flow increases.The change of the oil content has no significant effect on the tangential velocity,and the static pressure increases with the increase of the oil content.Finally,the flow characteristics of four kinds of fluids,such as water,polymer solution,water and oil mixture and polymer recovery fluid,are studied.The results showed that the tangential velocity was in the order of water,water andoil mixture,polymer aqueous solution and polymer recovery fluid,and the axial velocity did not differ significantly.The influence of fluid medium on the static pressure in the axial area is small,and the influence on the external rotation area is large.The turbulent viscosity of water is the largest,and the turbulent viscosity of polymer recovery fluid is the smallest.By containing polyethylene produced fluid rheological parameters of Hydrocyclones separation flow field and performance study shows that with the increase of the consistency coefficient k influence,the tangential velocity decreases,and the axial and radial velocity has no obvious change,static pressure and dynamic pressure decreases,and containing polyethylene produced fluid apparent viscosity increases,reduced separation efficiency,reduce energy consumption.With the decrease of the power-law index n,containing polyethylene produced fluid shear dilution sexual enhancement,tangential velocity,axial velocity basic is not affected,static pressure and dynamic pressure increases,the separation efficiency increases,the increase of energy consumption.In this paper,the influence of Newton fluid and non Newton fluid on the separation performance of Hydrocyclones is studied respectively.It provides a reference for the design of swirler and the understanding of the physical nature of the flow in the Hydrocyclones.
