In this paper,a series of WCe-O/?-Al2O3,CuMnCeLa-O/?-Al2O3 and CuMn WCeLa-O/?-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by an improved amorphous citric precursor method,and characterized by XRD,H2-TPR and XPS.The CO catalytic oxidation and CO+NO redox performances of the catalysts were investigated in the continuous fixed-bed microreactor.RU-?riser was applied to evaluate the combustion and denitrification performance.The XRD patterns of the catalysts indicate that no other diffraction peaks are observed besides the diffraction peaks of crystalline?-Al2O3.It demonstrates that the active components are highly dispersed on the surface of?-Al2O3 carrier.H2-TPR profiles and XPS spectra illustrate that the strong interaction among Ce-O-La results in the growth of Cu+,Mn2+,Mn3+,W5+and oxygen vacancy in the epiphase of the catalysts,leading to the enhancement of redox property and the H2-TPR reduction curves shift gradually towards lower temperature.The result of CO+NO redox reaction shows that the NO conversion over CuMn-O/?-Al2O3 catalyst is 88%under 400?reaction temperature.At the same reaction temperature,the NO conversion reaches 92.3%and100%over the CuMnCe-O/?-Al2O3 and CuMnCeLa-O/?-Al2O3 catalyst,respectively.The introduction of appropriate amount of Ce and La in the preparation of CuMn-O/?-Al2O3 catalyst is in favour of CO+NO redox reaction.The results of CO combustion and NO denitration indicate that two kinds of Pt additives and the industrial additives?show a good property on combustion,but the DeNOx performance are poor.The content of NO in the regenerator flue gases are 128 ppm,249 ppm and 131 ppm.However,the CuMnWCeLa-O/?-Al2O3-55 catalyst can reduce the content of NO to 67 ppm,and the performance over Cu MnCeLa-O/?-Al2O3-55catalyst is better,the content of NO is 45 ppm.The comprehensive performance of the prepared catalyst are superior to the industrial additives,and it has limited influence on the distribution of the catalytic cracking products of the SY-100 catalyst.
