At present,the problem of petroleum energy has become a major strategic problem that restricts the sustainable development of our country.The energy consumed by hot oil pipeline transportation accounts for about 1%~3% of the total energy consumption.It has become an important task for the current oil industry to improve the comprehensive utilization of energy and reduce energy consumption in the process of crude oil pipeline transportation.Therefore,how to systematically and scientifically evaluate the energy consumption of crude oil pipeline transportation process and pertinently reduce energy consumption of crude oil pipeline transportation process is an important problem to be solved at present.Due to the fact that the traditional energy consumption evaluation index can not distinguish the energy of different qualities,which exists certain limitations and lack of rigour.So the exergy analysis method is applied to study the energy consumption of oil pipeline,and a series of exergy consumption evaluation indexes are put forward as a supplement to the traditional energy consumption evaluation index.These oil pipeline exergy consumption evaluation indexes are detailed screened.And a more scientific and comprehensive exergy consumption evaluation system for pipeline crude oil is established,which provide more theoretical guidance and technical support for reducing energy consumption and improving energy efficiency in crude oil pipeline transportation.Based on the exergy analysis method and the basic requirements for process of crude oil pipeline transportation,the definition and calculation method of unavoidable exergy loss in the crude oil pipeline transportation process is given.According to the meaning of energy quality and the exergy flow classification,the exergy consumption index set is established based on traditional energy consumption index system.The method of expert investigation,minimum mean square deviation,minimax deviation and correlation coefficient are selected to remove the 'secondary' indexes.The exergy consumption evaluation index system of oil pipeline including four levels of physical,intensity,efficiency and index is established by using analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the weight of each part is calculated to get a hierarchical index with high energy consumption and low energy efficiency is obtained in the process of crude oil pipeline transportation.By means of all the exergy consumption indexes,energy use status of pipeline is analyzed and evaluated so as to ascertain the energy saving potential of system and the direction of improvement for energy using.This paper established a more comprehensive and scientific evaluation system of exergy consumption of crude oil pipeline,which provides theoretical and technical support for oil field production enterprises to draw up scientific pipeline transportation scheme,improve transport efficiency and reduce transportation cost.
