For coal companies,safety and efficiency are two sharp swords,especially in the context of the overall industry frustration in recent years,companies want to not be eliminated,it is necessary to use these two sharp swords.With the popularization of comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology,the reliability and stability of electromechanical equipment have become the top priority for the safe and efficient development of coal enterprises.The coal mining machine bears the task of coal mining and coal loading on the face.It is the core equipment in the “Three Machines” of the fully mechanized mining industry.It is also a key and difficult point in the equipment management of coal enterprises because of its complex structure,changeable working environment,concealed faults,and difficulty in troubleshooting.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on failure diagnosis and prediction of shearer.This paper studies the fault diagnosis of coal mining machinery as the research direction.Based on the relevant academic literature and theoretical research,the current status of domestic and foreign coal mining machine fault diagnosis technology and common fault problems are mastered;and coal mining is specifically studied.The machine structure and its failure mechanism explain the working principle and working methods of the coal mining machine.The common fault mechanisms are analyzed and studied from the faults of electrical devices,mechanical devices and hydraulic equipment faults,laying the foundation for the fault diagnosis of the shearer.A solid theoretical foundation.After analyzing a variety of coal mining machine fault diagnosis methods,combined with expert system and BP neural network system,this paper presents a method for fault diagnosis of coal mining machine in this study,namely,a hybrid intelligent algorithm.On this basis,the establishment of the fault diagnosis knowledge base for the coal-fired power plant is based on the analysis of hybrid intelligence algorithms,first through the realization of the data module of the fault diagnosis system,and then the experimental design of the coal mining machine fault diagnosis system,and then the coal mining...
