In recent years,Handan area has produced a large amount of construction waste due to urban construction, and the local coarse and medium sand resources are short, and the regenerated aggregate resources are rich. Therefore, this experiment takes the processed building waste as coarse aggregate to prepare medium and low strength concrete, and studies its workability, compressive strength and tensile strength. In this experiment, the performance of concrete is studied by orthogonal design and comparison test.Orthogonal design was carried out on the basis of factors such as fly ash content(10%,20%,30%,),water reducing agent dosage(1%,2% and 3%),regenerated coarse aggregate substitution rate(25%,30%,35%)and empty column, and L9(34)test plan was established.Study of orthogonal design on concrete slump, compressive strength, test results show that the content of water reducing agent is the main influencing factors of concrete workability;followed by fly ash;finally the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate;the main factors affecting the compressive strength of concrete as the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate. And the compressive strength of concrete with recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio decreases.Through the analysis of the above test results,it is known that when recycled coarse aggregate is used to make concrete, its workability, compressive strength and tensile strength can meet the requirements of corresponding properties of ordinary concrete, and at the same time,it saves cost. Therefore,it is feasible to use fine sand to prepare recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
