The working pressure of the existing pre-mixed abrasive jet cutting system is mostly 30-50MPa,which has been unable to meet the needs of actual working conditions.Therefore,it is imperative to establish 100MPa ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive water jet cutting device.The heart of ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive jets lies in the abrasive mixers.After the water is pumped by the pump,it flows into the pre-mixed abrasive tank of the ultra-high pressure along the hose to mix the abrasive and the water to form a partial fluidized state.The abrasive and the water are fully mixed and sprayed through the nozzle to form an ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive jet.Ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank as a pressure vessel,not only to store abrasive,but also to carry abrasive and water mixed to form the pressure generated when the local fluidization.To this end,the strength of the ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank has very high requirements and needs to be reasonably designed and studied.This leads to this topic.In this thesis,the theoretical design and research of the ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank have been carried out.Mainly did the following work:In this paper,the mechanical analysis of a pre-mixed abrasive tank with fibre winding ultra-high pressure is carried out.Based on the grid theory,the mechanical properties of the barrel and the head section of the fiber can be analyzed.The calculation equation of the fibre thickness and winding angle of the abrasive tank body and the tank section is deduced.It provides a theoretical basis for the finite element modeling of the fibre winding ultra-high pressure front mixed abrasive tank.The three-dimensional model of the abrasive tank is established by SolidWorks software.The finite element analysis of the ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank with fiber winding is completed by using the APDL parameterized language of ANSYS software.Because of the symmetry of the geometric structure,constraint conditions and load parameters of the abrasive tank,the 1/4 model of the abrasive tank is selected for the finite element analysis and calculation.The ultra-high pressure pre mixed abrasive tank with fibre winding is obtained under two working conditions of 100MPa(working pressure)and 120MPa(safety pressure).The stress and strain of abrasive tank and fibre winding layer are analyzed,and the results are analyzed.The structure of the upper jar of the abrasive tank is optimized,and the upper jar is changed from the external thread connection to the inner thread connection.The structural model is established by SolidWorks,and the finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS software.The analysis results are compared with the analysis results of traditional structure abrasive tank.It is found that the maximum equivalent stress value,the maximum equivalent strain value and the maximum node displacement value of the ultra-high pressure pre mixed abrasive tank with fibre winding which optimizes the structure of the upper jar are smaller than those of the traditional structure.Finally,the inner diameter 300mm of the ultra-high pressure pre-mixed abrasive tank is determined,and the inner lining layer is 6mm.The layer number of carbon fiber layer is 18 layers,and the winding mode of positive and negative spiral winding is adopted.
