TiO2 belongs to a cathodic electrochromic material and is widely studied as an inorganic electrochromic material because of its high coloring efficiency.Of the three crystalline forms,anatase TiO2 has the best electrochromic effect,but it still cannot achieve the superior performance requirements for electrochromic devices.At the same time,cycle life and stability are also required as parameters of TiO2 film.Facing.The preparation of doped TiO2 films is the best way to improve these parameters.In this paper,tetrabutyl titanate is placed into solvent ethanol by sol-gel method,then glacial acetic acid is added,and then nitric acid is added to deionized water to make it acidic.Finally,acidic deionized water and titanic acid are used.Butyl ester hydrolysis occurs.TiO2 electrochromic films and a series of Sm3+ and B3+ doped TiO2 films were successfully fabricated.The thermal reaction mechanism was analyzed by a thermal analyzer.The surface morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The structure and amorphous degree of its crystal structure were studied by X-ray diffraction.Then its optical properties were measured with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer and its electrochemical performance was measured with a three-electrode method.The results of the study are as follows:(1)When the best heat treatment temperature of TiO2 thin film is 400?,the quality of TiO2 and its doped xerogel gradually decreases after evaporation,decomposition of organics,and combustion,until the mass no longer changes,TiO2 Turn from anatase to rutile crystals.(2)TiO2 film exists in the form of anatase phase,has good electrochromic performance,high stability and coloring efficiency,and in the visible spectrum,the maximum light transmittance can reach about 75%(3)The TiO2 thin films prepared by the sol-gel method exhibit nanoporous porosity,surface roughness and unevenness under microscopic conditions.The porous structure facilitates ion transport,improves the storage capacity of the ions,and improves the electrochromic properties of the material.(4)TiO2 electrochromic films doped with B3+ and Sm3+ were prepared by adding Sm(NO3)3 and H3BO3 to TiO2 precursor solution in order.For this reason,the stability of the TiO2 precursor solution can be improved,and the crystallization temperature of the TiO2 film is lower than that of the obtained doped film.The doped film increases the visible light regulation region and further improves the electrochromism of TiO2.function.
