Shale gas can't be put into production without fracturing,because the reservoir is extremely dense.A large number of practices have shown that "well plant" fracturing mode is the most economical as well as the most effective method for shale gas.The fracturing design software,such as PT and Meyer can't optimize the fracturing mode,nor can they optimize the fracturing parameters of the "well plant".It greatly affected the fracturing effect.This paper analyzed the geological characteristics of the reservoirs,and conducted rock mechanics and acoustic emission experiments,established the “well plant”fracturing stress field model by the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,optimized fracturing mode and fracturing parameters;then the design results are applied in the field,Achieving the desired result.(1)Combined the Fuling J platform shale gas well reservoir parameters,the “well plant” fracturing stressfield model was established by the finite element simulation software Abaqus.Based on the stress field model,the change of induced stresses and principal stresses about the successive,skipping,synchronization,zipper or improved zipper fracturing mode have been studied.The improved zipper fracturing mode was choose.(2)The variation law of the induced stress and the minimum principal stress under different segment spacings and cluster spacings of improved zipper fracturing mode was studied.Based on the research results,the spacing range 60-85 m and cluster spacing 20-25 m have been recommended.(3)The post-fracturing evaluation technologies combined with the production profile test,microseismic monitoring technology and fracturing stress field model were formed,and the rationality of fracturing mode selection is demonstrated by them.(4)The research results have been applied to the fracturing practice of Fuling shale gas J platform the “well plant” fracturing.The three wells have achieved high yields,and reservoir reform achieved significant results.
