Coal spontaneous combustion is one of the major disasters in the process of coal mine safety production.In the process of spontaneous combustion of coal,the symbol gas will be oxidized with the increase of coal body temperature,and it has certain regularity.It is of certain guiding significance to determine the state of spontaneous combustion of coal according to the regularity between the concentration of the gas and the temperature.In this paper,Huang Ling coal samples were selected for the experimental study.The following conclusions were obtained through the experimental study.In this paper,the experimental study on coal samples of Huang Ling mine was carried out,and the experiment of heating oxidation was carried out on coal samples containing no petroleum coal and the coal samples with different oil ratio.The change law of gas products produced by coal sample oxidation was studied with the change of temperature,and the oxidation state of petroleum coal and non oil coal was determined by optimizing the target gas.The following conclusions are drawn from the experimental study.Based on the analysis of the variation rule of alkane ratio and alkane ratio with Graham composite index,the alkane ratio and two composite indexes were determined.Through the temperature programmed experiment,the analysis of the change law of the single index gas and the principle of the symbol gas optimization are used to determine the CO,C2H4,C3H8 as the index gas under the spontaneous combustion state of the petroleum coal.Through the research of the target gas index of coal spontaneous combustion,we can predict and predict the state of coal spontaneous combustion and reduce the accident of coal spontaneous combustion fire.Through the analysis of the regularity of the ratio of alkane ratio,alkene ratio and Graham coefficient with the temperature change,the allane ratio and the Graham coefficient for determining the spontaneous combustion state of coal are determined.The K value method is proposed to optimize the CO concentration curve of the oil immersed coal gas products,making the CO gas concentration curve more obvious after treatment,which is beneficial to the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion oxidation phase,and the final selection of K value as an auxiliary prediction index.Through the study of the indicator gas of coal spontaneous combustion,it can be more scientific and accurate to predict the natural combustion state of coal and reduce the accident of spontaneous combustion of coal,which is of great significance to the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.
