China's demand for natural gas is also growing rapidly with the rapid economic development.The future of natural gas will be the main energy source.In recent years,although the natural gas industry in our country has made considerable progress,especially in the area of ? ? shale gas development,the overall level is still relatively low.Therefore,the development of natural gas space,development prospects are better.In the process of natural gas production,hydrate generation problems bring a series of hazards and difficulties to the production of gas wells,such as oil pipe,metering orifice,blockage of ground pipeline and heat conduction impeding the equipment.These problems,on the other hand,seriously affect the normal production of gas wells,and seriously endanger the safety of people and equipment.At present,the development of China's natural gas industry is not suited to the national economy and social development.Therefore,starting from the basic national policy of energy structure adjustment,environmental protection and sustainable development,the state will vigorously develop and utilize natural gas,which will create a favorable environment for the development of the natural gas industry.At present,in the development of natural gas,in order to control the flow pattern of oil,gas and water through porous media(inflow dynamic),vertical flow and horizontal or undulating flow,so that the well will be produced as expected and must be applied accordingly Mechanical conditions.Studying the throttling mechanism and technology of throttling oil nozzle in gas well has important practical significance for guiding production.In this article,the main purpose of this study is to carry out the principle and necessity of the application of underground throttle technology in gas well through the production system of gas well.On this basis,the prediction model of wellbore pressure temperature,the prediction model of pressure drop in downhole throttling process and the design principle ideas and methods of various parameters of underground throttle are proposed.The downhole throttle technology can prevent the formation of the wellbore hydrate,reduce the cost of production investment,and ensure the safety of the production of human and equipment,which is of great significance for the actual production and management of the gas well.Through the nodal system analysis,using PIPESIM analyzes the throttling pressure and temperature distribution around the wellbore,and do sensitivity analysis on the choke depth,choke size and the gas-liquid ratio,then analyzes the effect of different conditions.But abovecan only reflect one-dimensional distribution related to well depth.Because the state of downhole fluid is very unstable,we use fluid dynamics for further analysis.
