The catalytic cracking unit of PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company is a heavy oil processing unit.The reactor type is a two-stage riser reactor.The cracking material processed by the device changed,mainly as a rise in density,heavy metal content,aromatic hydrocarbons,and colloidal asphaltenes all increased.The catalyst was heavily polluted by heavy metals and the dehydrogenation reaction was intensified,resulting in poor product distribution.Therefore,adopting relevant countermeasures to mitigate the adverse effects brought about by the inferior quality of raw materials,realizing efficient conversion of raw materials and smooth operation of the equipment are the ultimate goals of the production process.This paper mainly optimizes the operating conditions for the anti-re-post operation of the core of the device based on the changes in the nature of raw materials,including the preheating temperature,reaction temperature,refining ratio,steam stripping amount,atomizing steam amount,and catalyst type of the raw materials.The operating conditions such as the amount of metal deactivator filling and raw material ratio are optimized.Through the optimization of key production operating parameters,the coke rate of the device is reduced,the processing capacity of the device is improved,frequent repeated temperature of the super process parameters is effectively controlled,and the device steady rate is improved.The toxic effect of heavy metal nickel on the catalyst was reduced,the product distribution was effectively improved,and the liquid product yield was improved.The liquid product yield was increased by 1.85% compared to that before optimization,and the overall economic efficiency was improved.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the outstanding problems brought by the inferiority of raw materials to the production and operation of the catalytic devices and proposes countermeasures to optimize them.This provides good reference and guidance for the production of similar devices and the processing of similar raw materials.
