With the progress of the construction industry,the use of Powder Mortar Additives greatly improves their performance and construction performance,The Polycarboxylic Acid Reducer Powder is an indispensable component of the Mortar Additives.With the increasing requirements of construction engineering quality and environmental protection,and the diversification of the requirements for building function.In many New Wall applications,higher requirements have been put forward for Mortar performance.At present,our high quality Dry Mixed Mortar Admixtures are mainly imported from foreign countries,there are only a handful of Admixtures made in China.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the Dry Powder Mortar Admixture.Due to the flexibility of the molecular design of the Polycarboxylic Acid Water Reducer,this project uses a solution-based Radical Polymerization method,the use of Vitamin C-Ammonium Persulfate redox system,selected Isoprenol Polyoxyethylene Ether,Acrylic Acid(AA),Methacrylic Acid(MAA)was used as a Polymerization Monomer and Mercaptopropionic Acid(MPA)as a Chain Transfer Agent to prepare a series of Water-Reducing Polycarboxylate Superplasticizers with good dispersion properties.Ether selected Acid ether ratio,MAA replacement ratio,dosage of Initiator,Chain Transfer Agent content of 4 factors,design L9(34)orthogonal test,the Grouting Material Initial fluidity and30 min fluidity and fluidity loss analysis of the influence of various factors,to determine the optimal ratio and process.The optimal formula for High Water-Reducing Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer,PC-S,was an Acid ether ratio of 5.5:1,a 20% MAA replacement rate,a 0.4%Initiator level,and a 1.4% Chain Transfer rate.Add 2.5h,keep warm for 1h.The Centrifugal Spray Drying Method was used to conduct a single factor test to analyze the effects of air inlet temperature,Mother Liquor concentration,and amount of Release Agenton the spray drying process,so as to determine the optimum range of the fixed spray drying process parameters: 120?dry room inlet Wind,40% of the Mother Liquor concentration,1.5% of 5?m SiO3 and 1.5% of 5?m CaCO3 were used as Spacers to prepare excellent PC1701.The application of Polycarboxylic Acid Superplasticizer Powder PC1701 prepared by self-contrast test and Spray Drying in different Cements and Dry-Mixed Mortars was used to determine its practical value and Performance evaluation of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Powders.As follows: The prepared PC1701 has good adaptability to different types of Cement.Compared with the commercially available Polycarboxylic Water-Reducing Agent Powder with high performance-price ratio,PC1701 has obvious advantages in initial fluidity and fluidity loss rate,and at the same time in the application of Cement-based Grouting Material,Early-strength Bearing Grouting Material and Pre-stressed Hole-channel Sizing Material,the performance is excellent,and high-performance products meeting the requirements of national standards are prepared.
