Oil is a necessity in people's production,and it surrounds every aspect of our lives.How to efficiently exploit such non-renewable energy is the direction that many researchers work together.At present,the most widely used downhole communication method in wireless MWD logging system is mud pulse transmission.Due to the influence of on-site measurement conditions,the pulse signal obtained by the measurement while drilling is buried by a large amount of interference noise.Therefore,the accurate and efficient extraction of the pulse signal while drilling becomes an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above situation,this article has simply introduced and analyzed the characteristics of mud pulse signal and processing method.The overall design of the mud pulse signal detection system was designed,and its hardware and software were designed accordingly.Finally,based on the filtering characteristics of CMSE,a new algorithm of mud pulse signal processing and analysis was proposed.Aiming at the design of the pulse while drilling signal detection system,the overall design scheme of the pulse signal acquisition system was proposed.During the main consideration of the system in the reliability,anti-interference and safety,hardware design which included the main explosion-proof box,the main control circuit,signal conditioning circuits,power modules,wireless communication module were designed,software mainly included the design of GPRS wireless communication module.Finally,the design of PCB experiment board was completed,so as to ensure the complete collection of signal.This paper introduced the CMSE index,which combines the EMD method in the low-frequency signal denoising has good results.The EEMD algorithm combined with CMSE method was used to low-pass filter the noisy single signal,which finally got a better denoising results.The method of integrating EEMD with CMSE has been further explored and popularized,and was applied to the separation of sinusoidal mixed signals of various frequencies,the results of separation analysis showed that the mixed signal can be separated into multiple single sinusoidal signals within the allowable error range.Comprehensive CEEMD algorithm of the many advantages,and through the assessment of each stop criterion,a pulse while drilling signal extraction algorithm based on CEEMD and flat wave shaping was proposed.The CEEMD based on the fixed sifting number criterion was used to decompose the noisy signal,and the CMSE was introduced to select the IMFs to reconstruct the signal.The flattening shaping algorithm was proposed to improve the current pulse shaping algorithm,and the reconstructed signal was shaped by the flattening shaping algorithm to obtain the drilling fluid pulse signal.Finally,numerical simulation and measured signal experiments were carried out,the results have shown that the algorithm can extract the original pulse signal accurately and also improve its real-time performance,and it is more in line with the actual use of the project.The key technology of the pulse while drilling signal detection system has been proved to meet the design requirements.Through the simulation signal and experimental signal,the feasibility of the algorithm of pulse processing while drilling was emphatically verified.The above research on the development of mud pulse signal detection system and the separation of such mixed signal extraction has a certain reference value.
