| Cutting tools are an important tool in the process of product manufacturing and processing.Optimized scheduling of tool resources plays a decisive role in ensuring product quality,improving production efficiency and manufacturing flexibility.However,in manufacturing enterprises,the problems of low utilization rate of tool,excessive number of tool maintenance and machine tool borrowing times which caused by the unreasonable tool scheduling has always existed.Therefore,this paper systematically researches the optimal scheduling problem of tool resources under order production mode,and uses the improved BP neural network algorithm to predict the tool residual life under the condition of order demand.Based on this prediction result,a tool scheduling model based on genetic algorithm and its solving algorithm are proposed aiming at improving tool utilization and achieving equalized scheduling of tools.First of all,this paper takes the order as the starting point,analyzes and concludes the influencing factors of the residual life of the tool.Taking the milling-tool as an example,the prediction model of the tool residual life based on the improved BP neural network algorithm is established,and its validity and accuracy are verified.Secondly,on the basis of the above research results,this paper fully consider the restriction of limited tool resources during the process of tool selection,established an objective function that includes the least number of machine tool borrows and the smallest variance of tool residual life,proposed an optimization scheduling model of tool resources based on genetic algorithm and its solution method,and explained with examples.Finally,this paper analyzes the current status of tool management and the demand of tool management system in enterprise A.Based on the tool residual life prediction and tool resource optimization scheduling forecasting as the core functions,a tool management system is designed and developed.At present,the system has achieved a good application effect in the enterprise,effectively solved the problems in the tool management,and optimized the enterprise tool management business process. |
