In this paper, the Nanfei River and its four tributaries are taken as the study area.On the basis of the present situation, investigation and evaluation of the study area, based on the hydrodynamic conditions of the Nanfei River Basin combined with the regional environmental estrogen load estimation,A numerical model of environmental estrogens in Nanfei River Basin was constructed by using MIKE 11 software. The distribution of environmental estrogens in Nanfei River Basin was studied and the risk of endocrine disruptions was evaluated.Carry on the analysis of the relevant ecological risk control engineering measures,so as to realize the prediction of the water environment condition in the Nanfei River Basin, and provide technical support for the protection and improvement of the water environment ecosystem,It is of great significance to promote the water environment and sustainable economic development in Nanfei River Basin. The main findings and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)The concentration of estradiol in Nanfei River Basin is during dry>level period>wet season,The Ershibu River,Banqiao River and Dianbu River in Nanfei River Basin are higher than the main channel Nanfei River, and the equivalent concentration of estradiol in Sili River is the lowest. The equivalent concentration of estradiol in the main channel of Nanfei River is in the range of 0.35-21.36 ng/L,and the concentration of estradiol in the Ershibu River reaches even 50 ng/L during the peak dry season, and the Banqiao River reaches 36 ng/L.Ecological risk Assessment of Environmental estrogens in Nanfei River Basin under optimal and expected scenarios the Nanfei River and the Ershibu River are at the risk-free level in the upper and lower reaches of the Nanfei River, except for the optimal flood season scenario. The water environment of more than 90%reach of Banqiao River and Dianbu River has potential endocrine disrupting risk.(2)The ecological risk control measures simulated by the model show that, depending on a single point source pollution control scheme, nearly 50%of the river reach has potential risk level even under the optimal emission rate scenario.Although the measures of point source and non-point source comprehensive pollution interception can ensure that there is no endocrine disrupting risk in Nanfei River Basin,it can not reach the expected goal in a short period of time.By combining the control measures of point source pollution interception and 70%non-point source emission control, all reaches of the river can be placed at a risk-free level under the optimal emission rate scenario, and under the long-term goal of complete interception and control of point source and non-point source emission,More than 90%of the river reach in the expected scenario is at the level of no endocrine disturbance risk. Therefore, the rural non-point source pollution is the key to control the risk of endocrine disruption. The combination of point source pollution interception and rural non-point source pollution control is an effective control scheme to reduce endocrine risk.
