Supercapacitor,a new type of energy storage device,which is between batteries and traditional capacitors,has many advantages,such as fast charging and discharging speed,high energy conversion efficiency,longer and more stable cycle life,wide use of temperature range and green environmental protection.It is considered to be a promising alternative energy storage device.Based on glucose,carbonaceous materials were prepared by high temperature carbonization.The nitrogen atoms were introduced by doping to improve the electrochemical performance of the materials.The morphology and structure of the material were analyzed and explained by SEM,XRD and XPS.The electrochemical performance of the material was studied by electrochemical workstation.?1?Glucose was used as carbon source,and carbon materials were prepared under the action of NaCl and ZnCl2 eutectic salt,then activated with KOH.Through electrochemical tests,the activated carbon materials have good multiplier properties(10 m V s-1 to 100 mV s-1,a multiplier performance of 84.3%),and the current density from 1 A g-1 to 10 A g-1 is 127.4,120.6,116.7,111.5,104 F g-1,which is lower than the capacitance,indicating that the ion diffusion in the electrode is fast and electrified.The utilization rate is good.?2?With glucose as carbon source,melamine as nitrogen source,activated by KOH after carbonization.By comparing the activation of nitrogen doped carbon materials,the specific capacitance is 181.8 F g-1 and the sweep speed is 100 mV s-1 when the sweep speed is 10 mV s-1,and the specific capacitance is 115.8 F g-1,and its ratio performance is 63.7%.The specific capacitance of NC-KOH at current density from 1 A g-1 to 10 A g-1 is 207,189,178.8,166,143 Fg-1.?3?Glucose is used instead of formaldehyde to prepare glucose phenol resin.As a carbon source and urea as nitrogen source,the existence of nitrogen is conducive to improving the capacitance performance of supercapacitors.The specific capacitance of NC-KOH at current density from 1 A g-1 to 10 A g-1 is 201,185.2,175.5,167,144 Fg-1.?the rate is 71.6%?.
