Since the first coordination compound was studied in 1978,the reserch of coordination chemistry has been deepened at home and abroad,making it applied in many important fields,such as material science,biomedicine,nanotechnology and so on.The demand of people is no longer limited to inorganic metal coordination compounds,more of which is the study of organometallic coordination compounds.In recent years,organimetallic complexes are mainly divided into two kinds,one is organic ligand and transition metal coordination catalyst,which is applied to C-H bond actication reaction,asymmetric catalysis reaction and so on.In additon,the organic ligands and transition metals form the metal organic frame by solvent thermal method and volatilization method.The structures and properties of the complexes were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,UV-Visible absorption spectra,powder X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis.It is mainly used in heterogeneous asymmetric reactions.Two parts are studied in this paper.The first part:L-menthol,as a natural chiral material,makes two kinds of menthyl sulfoxide ligands on the basis of simple method,one is menthol sulfoxide ligand,the other is menthol sulfoxide nitrogen ligand.The two ligand is complexed with metal copper to form catalyst for allyl C-H bond activation and asymmetric Henry reaction.In the catalyzed allyl C-H bond activation reaction,two kinds of sulfoxide ligands synthsized are applied to allyl functionalization(building C-O?C-C?C-N bonds),and their catalytic results are compared with those in literature.In the catalytic asymmetric Henry reaction,five groups of parallel expperiments were carried out to compare the catalytic results and test their ee values.The second part:Two kinds of V-type two carboxylic ligands with halogen(bromine and iodine)were synthesized by a simple method,and two kinds of metal oraganic frameworks were synthesized by solvent heat.The structures and properties of the complexes were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,UV-Visible absorption spectra,powder X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis.
