In recent years,the research on bioantioxidants has gradually become a hot spot for researchers,and the main content of the research focuses on the natural antioxidant.A large number of scientific studies have shown that ginsenoside has antioxidant effect and can inhibit the hemolysis induced by AAPH.In order to further study the antioxidative activity of the new-style pseudo-ginsenosides,12 kinds of pseudo ginsenosides with different Z and E configurations based on six ginsenosides were prepared in this study by our own patent.Then,using the rabbit red blood cell as the model,the AAPH was used in vitro to induce the hemolytic system of rabbit red blood cells to preliminarily explore the antioxidative or oxidative properties of 12 kinds of saponins.We preliminarily found that the antioxidant order is(Z)pseudo-PPT >(Z)pseudo-PPD >(Z)pseudo-Rh2 >(E)pseudo-PPT >(E)pseudo-PPD >(E)pseudo-Rh2 >(Z)pseudo-Rg2 >(E)pseudo-Rg2 > Rb1 >(Z)pseudo-Rh1 > Rg2 >(E)pseudo-Rh1.At the same time,we also found that most of Z-types have stronger antioxidant properties than the corresponding E-type.In addition,it was found that the types and quantities of the sugars connected to the mother ring of ginsenosides had a great influence on the antioxidant activity,and the less the number of sugar connecting,the stronger the oxidation resistance.This study provides the basis for the development of antioxidant products with antioxidant effect,and creates certain value for the food industry.Meanwhile,it also provides a broad space for the research and development of health products and drugs.
