As the scale of the city continues to expand,more and more lands are covered with concrete,tall buildings rise from the ground.Concrete structure brings convenience to human's life,but it seriously restrict rain water's discharge path,bring about serious urban waterlogging.At the same time,construction of "Sponge City" put forward by the State.Increasing strength of the research and development pervious concrete.In recent years,pervious concrete develop rapidly,it has been used as pavement material in parks,squares,parking lots and so on.But the compressive and flexural strength of pervious concrete is low,both toughness and durability are very poor.So it cannot be used as the main road material.This paper mainly studies the compression resistance,flexural and freezing resistance about pervious concrete what have mixed waterborne epoxy resin.As well as studies the pH value of pervious concrete which adding fly ash into waterborne epoxy resin.In order to improve the performance of pervious concrete,in this paper,mixed with different proportion of waterborne epoxy resin latex in the process of preparation of pervious concrete.Study on the effects of waterborne epoxy resin latex on the mechanical properties and freezing resistance of pervious concrete,and the different proportion of fly ash effect on pH value of pervious concrete.1.0% waterborne epoxy resin was added,comparison of ordinary pervious concrete,when the size is 5mm~10mm,compressive strength raised 33.2%,when the size is 10 mm ~ 16 mm,compressive strength raised 95.9%.The effect of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion on the flexural strength of pervious concrete is proportional.With the increase of waterborne epoxy resin,the flexural strength is increasing.Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion also has a certain effect on the freezing resistance of no-fines pervious concrete.Experimental studies show,when the content is 1.0%,mass loss rate for 60 cycles of freeze-thaw cycle minimum.When the content is 2.0%,after 60 freeze-thaw cycles,the mass loss curve is smoothest,so when the amount of waterborne epoxy resin is 1.0%~2.0%,the freezing resistance of pervious is the most stable.Adding fly ash into waterborne epoxy resin pervious concrete,the pH value can be reduced.Experimental studies show when 15% fly ash is added,there is no significant change in strength.But the pH value is reduced by about 3.0 like to which pervious concrete without adding fly ash,more suitable for plant growth.Through the research of this subject,waterborne epoxy resin emulsion in pervious concrete,the mechanical properties and freezing resistance of pervious concrete are improved,widening the scope of use of pervious concrete.When 15% fly ash is added to the epoxy resin pervious concrete,it can reduce the pH value of pervious concrete.Can be used as planting concrete for laying,increase greening area,relieve drainage pressure,accord with the developing direction of "Sponge City" construction.
